Love the blogs. Great video. As a homeowner of 30 plus years it amazes me how people can keep original appliances and bathrooms. Cool.

Love the style/ layout of the home. Definitely 60s..paint/ wallpaper choices. The kitchen is very bright yellow... Older appliances... Times change so fast( I remember when paneling was the thing to have... Next to water beds.. Lol.). Basement is large enough for a pool table +... Bedrooms... Cool find for flashback to the 60s!!!

The bungalow was built in the 1960's during the A-go-go era. It was such a long time ago. Everything in the bungalow during that time looked nice but as years passed by and modern style for homes are applicable from wall paper, flooring, lightings to practically everything, people taste for home have changed drastically.
At 14:41 the rows and rows of wooden shelves for books were awesome. Hundreds, probably thousand of books could be stacked there for easy access. Clearly, the owner and the family loved to read books or possibly some family members were still pursuing for higher studies, thus a bigger book shelves were required. Thanks Riddim Ryder.

These old homes had so much character. Nowadays even a millionaires mansion is plain compared to the design, textures, colors and patterns used back in the day.

It's the 70's again! I lived thru it and orange, green are the colors. Loved the gree bathroom and the library room. Worked I libraries for 30 years and always wanted a room like the library room. Wonder if they moved out, they sold their business and used house for storage? Some stuff looked and some newer. Weird, a bright colorful house. Another great one!

That was a cool explore!! Definitely 1960's. For all the nice details I'm surprised about the pieced carpet. I'd love to have a laundry chute - if only I had a basement.

I thought the design flare is 70s era. The whole house designed for a women who has funky 70s modern flare and style. I guess she had this house like a small book store or mini library. Probably she did hosted children during day time.
Possible she was a shoes designer or she had some sort of design business.
Many of the colors and wall paper design are still in market. The house doesn't look outdated. Other than the appliances, you still can say that is a modern house.
