    These developments are badly needed to accommodate demand for housing. New home construction has been severely stunted since the 2008 real estate crash. This is why home values have not changed much despite aggressive rate hikes by the Fed.

      No we don't we need to stop overcrowding florida, there isn't enough of anything for anyone the answer is not to build more its to reduce our use.
