I tried the same screen, I think of all screens it suits the bike the most but gives little wind deflection. After trying several I settled on the MRA Racing screen, it's not too high so not quite a dorky touring look but really does keep the wind off your belly and lower chest. It's not cheap but really worth considering if you want more wind deflection.
I’m wondering how much water you get on your back when you get on wet pavement? I’m reluctant to remove mine for the TST because I’m in Florida and soon we will be in rainy season and I’ll get caught eventually. Great overview on your mods, I want to do the front signals you have, best looking ones that actually match the look of the bike.

where are you at in NC? I'm 704 and where did you find your bike? I had a pre-order for a 21 and kept waiting and waiting. While I was waiting my daily driver(car) got rear-ended and I had to use my cash in hand for a new ride.
I’m in Durham. I went to Sports Cycle in Rockingham, NC. they only charge $400 for tags, title and dealership fees. It was a 1.5 hr drive for me, but for that price I made the trip. I’m sorry to hear that, hope things get better for you!
Hey bro! Looking to pick up either a 2021 MT09sp or a 2022 XSR900. Was wondering how tall you are and how you fit on the bike! Sold my 2017 FZ10 a few weeks ago but I’m sold on the tech and style of the bikes listed above! Best bang for the buck for sure! Safe travels broski! 🤘😎
No. After I put them on I turned the bars to both sides and adjusted the mirrors. They have about an inch of space until they touch the tank. The all black ones look great!
I had to put a thick washer on the bolt under the rear set. That pushed the exhaust over. If you can use a hammer and tap the flange over a bit, it should give you space. My silencer was touching my swing arm as well.

Lmao haven’t been stopped yet. I’ve had several cops follow me but they just leave, as long as your not doing anything crazy they usually don’t care if your bikes loud.
@@TyChamp I think I’ll go with the GP3 as I can eleminate the extension and still low mount it. That way I can baffle if if I get fucked over by the cops a lot
You’re definitely right. Most states blue or red lights are illegal. Its more of a glow, not much of a light. I think the glow is low enough that people driving towards me don’t even see it.

Cool mods, I personally like my 2020 mt09. Hate the way they changed the front lights. The older one looks aggressive 😆
I agree. It took awhile for the lights to grow on me. I like them but I do like the older generation lights better.

Did changing the turn signals stop them from dropping? I have the 22 tracer gt and it stands out allot more since it's higher

Hey man did you tune your bike when I got the exhaust or left it stock? I’m thinking of getting one on my 21 mt09.
I ran it on stock tune for like 600 miles. I got it tuned by 2WDW and now I’m back on stock tune from the Yamaha reflash.

@@eyubbardakci1544 the bike had an ECU recall and Yamaha had to reflash it. Will be sending the ecu back out to 2WDW to get reflashed

I have the all black base model, question about the bar end mirrors does it hit the tank on full handlebar turn and thanks.

I purchased the same exhaust and hits the black bracket showin at 3:45 in you're video. Did you have to bend it or move it some?

Visible Blue light facing forward of any kind are illegal where I live unless you are a police officer in a police vehicle, regardless of how bright.

Probably… that’s why I went with the white TST ‘halo’ on my 2021 MT-09. Nice bike by the way!

I really want to put a damper on mine as well. The bike is a little bit unstable at high speeds and I don’t trust it.

Pretty much the same. It’s good until about 75mph on the highway.
