    Our bodies hold wisdom too.
    I am learning that the more I nourish my body the more I can nourish others. The more I can give to others. The more I can feel a deep connection with self. In today's gathering, we will explore the art of grounding in nature. I will lead you on a guided meditation to help ground you with nature. This meditation practice will lead us to moving with the natural world and tap into our inner knowing!
    I invite you to take this practice outside, and bring a journal along. Once you have finished the practice I invite you to journal/reflect. Feel free to share your experience in the comments section.
