Great interview THUF needs to have their office spaces in the CBD's as well, here in Durban they are located in a surbaban area, which makes me question if they are really catering to Townships, CBD's and start up SME's.
This year is even worse than the last. This year, I lost a lot of money on bad investments that I never would have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I didn't know if I should continue to invest or pay my mortgage off. After selling my investments, I discovered that the house needed more work than I thought it would. I don't know how long I can keep doing this.
It's true. I was able to diversify my portfolio across many markets with the help of a financial planner, and the outcome was a net profit of over 400k from high dividend yield bonds, exchange-traded funds, and stocks. It is imperative that you have a variety of experiences, especially with well-known, profitable companies
Sure yes, June Renae Matthysse has been my top pick for the last two years. Her performance is consistently impressive, and she’s a real name to know in the industry. Check her out
Thank you for the show. But most people are connected politically and we can't change that. The previous generation, which started their business in the 90s, is mostly connected and they speak from privilage. nowadays it is nearly impossible. I am still puzzled about how our black businesses are pro-black but when you try to do business with them, they do not even respond, for example, I applied to Umastandi 3 years ago for funding, and guess what, the banks have offered three deals while still waiting for their response.
I am enjoying this episode. THIS lady is well spoken and I am getting so much value from this conversation. Thank you sir

Every one of us has made mistakes at some point. Consider financial planning

Do you mind telling me about your financial planner?

She seems to be kind and well educated. I looked up her name online and discovered her website, thank you for sharing 👍
Has Umastandi came across the challenge of 'protection fee' in their financed properties and how do they handle that?
Hi how much is your mentorship programs as well as that course that is accredited by university of Capetown?
