Can't stand the 8k zeff at the end, Zoro and Sanji only stand 7k or less. You could have used the 7k zeff.

It says you may return a cost. So does that mean you have to have a 2 cost on field to return in order to re stand a character? or can you still re stand with out having a 2 cost on field
