Not anymore, they seem to have patched the drop rate, barely got 1 silver and 1 gold skull from 1 run, with going in hell, and the other run got 0 overall

Sometimes the tokens are hard to find, there were runs where I got 0 tokens, would recommend teaming up to have your teammates give you the tokens, more mobs dead = more tokens

There was a bug that got patched out. 1 skull token counted as a full stack. so splitting them was the way to go for an easy over 1000 ap run. Cause say you only got 3 gold and 7 silver. Well that 49 ap could have been split to be 490. And the gold token from 63 ap to 630 ap. sadly it got patched before i could do it myself and get an easy voyager.

I think this is related to something else, golden skull tokens are worth 21 points each (+3 for achievement), so you would split them to get the +3, but what I saw from another video I didn't know about is that even when stacked, youd still get 21* amount + 3* amount, so you don't need to split from the screenshots I've seen

Stacking them is bugged right now! Make sure to split them in your inventory, or it will only count as 1 skull token!!! Don't know why he didn't mention this.

​@poshypop its not bugged, but there is a visual bug / data bug its more of an exploit than a bug if you're looking to get an extra 3 points by splitting the skulls. Onepeg made a vid discussing it.
