I wanted to tell you that there are very few good salmon river anglers on youtube. Your 1 of them. For god sake help these people, share your strategies. lol
I use 8wt fly line. With a 12lb 9ft leader to my swivel going to a 48inch leader of 8-10lb flouro to my fly. And split shot depends on where you are fishing in the river.
awesome as usual can't wait to see what else you get into this season. was out there last week and there was more people than fish, but like you said the run is just getting started.
One of my friend lives up North T. 3rd or 4th week of October we are planning some fishing in the area. Wer thinking of cutting a couple days out for the SR. If you would have time, maybe we could share some water?
In using mostly small wooly buggers and egg sucking leeches. I do use eggs a lot as well but to match with that yiu have to have an 8-10lb test leader you can go lighter but break a lot off.
I have that same rod. Love Moonshine products. I use it for steelhead and go with the 8wt for salmon. Good to see the 7wt held up. Great video as always. Keep up the good work.
beautiful fishing friend God bless you, I want to know the exact address to fish in that area, please if you can specify something for me because that place is beautiful, congratulations.
Awesome man ! We are heading up the 6th, and the 7/8th on the DSR. A little later than last year. Do you think there should still be good movement of fish? Still trying to LAND my first one
This video is straight McDonalds.... I'm lovin' it!!
Thank you hahaha!

As I'm sitting here watching this video, I just realised I have no homework or activities tonight, so I think I'm going fishing.
