I absolutely love this, I think more people can relate to it than the picture perfect pinterest nurseries because it's more practical,lots of people don't have a lot of space to work with.

I’m expecting #4 in early dec. I’ve always been a minimalist for baby stuff. Drives other people crazy. What do you mean you don’t have a complete matching crib, dresser, changing table combo with matching blankets!? A pack n play with bassinet part works just fine!! People really go overboard sometimes. To each their own though!

On my 3rd and my youngest will be 10 next week... I feel like I may be out of practice lol, I need a brush up on everything, but I bet it's like riding a bike lol.

5th baby.. Omg girl I just had my 4th boy in January and I am extremely exhausted! I couldn't even phathom another. God bless you ♥️
I think after so many babies you realize you deff don't need so many things. I went overboard with newborn and 3 month clothes. They wear them a couple times if your lucky. I also find I never use the boppy. For breastfeeding stock up on disposable nursing pads and comfortable nursing bras. Things I think you must have .. diapers, wipes, baby soap, baby bath tub, tynol for first shots , passifier, a good swaddle, baby night lotion, nose Frida and nose spray, electric nail file. And I feel like around 4-5 months you need a bouncer or baby seat and start buying toys. This is my minimalist baby essentials.
I've been binge watching baby video's for the past few month.. out of all those video's this one is definitely my favorite!!!! So realistic. I'm currently 29weeks with my second. My eldest is almost nine years.. so its been a while since I had a baby and this video has really helped me feel more prepared. I'm definitely checking out more of your video's. Thanks for sharing!

Our nursery room is “under construction” and taking forever due to the delays with the supplies… I’m not in a huge hurry to get the room done since I have been planning on a bedside setup for the first several months anyway. Can't have enough onesie. Or sleepers and receiving blankets. Glad you gave all the tips. I finally learned after the first few babies to also have a little caddy by the bed, also a jug of water. Unfortunately I wasnt able to breast feed so I had the baby formula by the bed also. To hard to get up all through the night and walk to the kitchen. Us mamas with a few kids figure out easier ways as we have more and more kids. I didnt have anyone tell me any of this stuff when I was having mine I had to learn on my own. So thank you so much. I'm sure lots of mama's will appreciate your vlog. You take care and praying for a safe delivery.

I just got back from my cousin's reveal party, it was very small with only close family, we were pretty much the only ones invited from outside of their house, just because of covid and everything, especially because she's pregnant.. but hearing that she's having a baby boy just makes me so excited for her, I think I'm getting baby fever 🤒 hehe. So I've been looking at baby videos and I have stumbled across this one just out of curiosity, and I just want to compliment you on the way you have everything arranged in your room, and let you know that I think this is really great. I know that a lot of people feel guilty for not making a full-on glammed up, fancy and Instagram worthy in a large room, with a crib and matching curtains/blankets, a changing table, several decorations and expensive toys on high shelves, a large rug and chandelier, and piles and piles of clothes. Not everyone has the room or space to make that happen though. And in that case, or if you want to because you feel more comfortable that way, there is no better place for your baby to be sleeping then in your own room. I do like the idea of having the baby in their own space and using that nursery as their room as they get older, simply switching around some furniture and redecorating things because I'm sure that when they're 13 they won't want to be sleeping in an elephant themed crib anymore, Lol 💀 they wouldn't be really comfortable with having my baby sleeping in my bedroom for more than , for safety purposes and space for my own things... So I will probably just have them sleeping in my room for the first few months and then having them transition into their own nursery/bedroom. But I think this is an awesome idea set up, very helpful video for those who are planning on having their baby sleep with them in their room. Even gave me a few great ideas for the future, haha.. even though I'm definitely not quite there yet. Hopefully this setup continues to work out for you guys 💜

Aww great video! I’m a first time mom, I also have my baby in my bedroom for now. I also really just had the necessities to avoid clutter. Your diaper caddy is so cute. I had a makeshift one that was actually supposed to be a book bin. I have it out at night and then tuck it away during the day. The wipes warmer is a MUST! Love mine and it definitely comes in handy. We have very similar content. Just subbed-looking forward to staying connected 💞
This is great! The idea of a separate nursery room for a new baby is over the top. The bedside nursery is perfect!
I have seen a lot of the swaddle clothes to keep babies hands in it is great.

My husband and I have a similar set up! Desk, space, and all lol. This was so helpful for me since I plan on having our baby next to me for the first couple months. Thank you! I also have a weird question: do you happen to know the color of your bedroom wall? Lol. I want to paint our bedroom a light green color and the one you have looks like exactly what we want.

Look at the Tommee Tippee pacifiers if the ones you purchased don't work.. We have a friend with twins and they love that pacifier..

Love this! We always just use coconut oil for rashes or thrush. I'm totally never using nail clippers on tiny babies again haha! I accidentally clipped some of my now 2 yr olds finger when he was just a couple weeks old!
Ha! My husband isn’t allowed to clip the kids nails for that reason 😂

Your so beautiful congratulations my mama. I have 6 children. Ages 23, 20, 13.5, 10, 5, 3.5. I suffered secondary infertility took 3 years Ttc our 5 year old and 1 year our 3.5 year old. I just lost our baby in March. Had our first 3 young 16 and 19 and 25 with our first 3. But still became a RN. Doctors say it’s Lucy I did have my first 3 young because I got infertility right after our 10 year old. Lol I don’t recommend having a baby as a teenager though again beautiful and congrats

Thanks for video and sharing, practical and to the point . I just couldn't get through part of essential oil for newborn?? Hm, hope it works for you but I'd really double check with pediatrician before using all these oils and cotton mist 🤔 baby doesn't need any fragrances other than smell of mommy to feel safe. 🤷♀️ but again, just my opinion and i hope everyone can use their critical thinking before applying in practice anything they see online 🙂.
