Not to be critical but I will point out some flaws since I'm a refrigeration tech. The animation was great but I seen where the condenser fan was spinning in reverse, also the suction accumulator was drawing the liquid into the compressor instead of the vapor. This will cause the valves on compressor to get slugged with liquid and cause compressor failure. Also you could have shown the moisture condensing on the evaporator inside the tank and dripping down to the bottom and draining out of the tank. Therefore removing the water out of the air. Great animation tho.
At heat exchanger level ( evaporter) , the refrigerent absorbs the heat from the compressed air, then the air cool down, when the air cool down it will condensate ( reaches the dew point or in other words 100% relative humidity), it is the same principle in your A/C system with outdoor and indoor unit, indoor unit is within your room and it always has a condensing pipe, same goes here the only difference is to imagine that the comrpressed air in heat exchanger as the air in your room.
I want to clarify that the compressor never compresses liquid and in your video diagram it is clear that what the compressor resonates is liquid. it's a mistake!!!

Saeed, you are right in terms of the principle about this method. It is something like chiller. According to the standards, this type of refrigerated type dryers are reducing the air temperature down to +3C degree. There are some other type for +10C degree but not this type, those are generally used for more simple systems. So these dryers decreases the dewpoint level down to +3C pressure dewpoint(PDP) by cooling the compressed air. After cooling the compressed air, this dry air is going to be heated again with air-to-air exchanger to make it usable in application. Otherwise compressed air on 3C degree may damage the pneumatical systems or any other utilities.
