Hey guys! Sorry for the weird audio during "Robot Boy", I had to reupload this video because TH-cam is weird as hell and said I used "steal my girl" by One Direction in the video...uh... also, these picks today are OF COURSE not the only underrated songs the band has, as I said in the video. I just picked from their studio albums for this video. Thanks for watching!
Beyond ARTV I'm not even sure I heard the audio problem, I was more focused on why A Thousand Suns had been turned counter clockwise 😂 awesome list though. Many agrees.
Blackout from A Thousand Suns is EASILY one of my favorite LP songs of all time. It always blows my mind to hear fans trash this album when I thought it showed the group's true creative potential. But Blackout blew my mind on the first listen & I still get chills when Chester loses it in the bridge.
MattyMatt I agree with you man ats is my favorite album, its so special like the album is telling a very good story I like how each songs connects to the other :)
Josh Cisneros Definitely agree with you there. I get so, SO tired of people saying "they should go back to the Hybrid Theory sound, they've sold out, *whine whine*". Linkin Park are artists, first & foremost. They create what they want to create and if you don't like it, that's fine. But don't act like you have some right to dictate where they take their sound just because you're a fan. It doesn't work that way! The true fans stick by the band, even if they aren't into what they're putting out at the moment.
MattyMatt right with ya man. I hate all the people who say "this isn't Linkin Park" like ummmmmm yes it is. They are an EXPERIMENTAL BAND. They were never subjected to one genre. And besides, bands make changes. Everyone does! We can't forget that these artist are just like us: HUMAN

Michael Scott I really never hear about Points of Authority and Place for my Head anywhere haha I guess I'm just looking in the wrong spots. Whenever people mention Hybrid Theory they always bring up One Step Closer, Crawling, or In The End.
Iridescent. My favourite LP song and one of the best songs I've ever heard. It's just so magically beautiful. Mike's haunting vocals, the beautiful chorus with sweet singing by Chester, the amazing melody, powerful lyrics, the "let it go" part at the end. Can't believe how it's not one of their most successful songs.
EricAndErica M A Thousand Suns is a beautiful album and is definitely underrated but I don't think it can be compared to The Hunting Party. The sales is very less for Linkin Park's standards and I doubt that many casual listeners would've even heard of songs like All for nothing, Drawbar, A line in the sand, Mark the graves, War and Keys To The Kingdom. I mean, all these songs are beautifully composed but are extremely underrated.
1. No More Sorrow 2. Blackbirds 3. Iridescent 4. Valentine's Day 5. When They Come for Me 6. Hit the Floor 7. Wastelands 8. A Line in the Sand 9. The Messenger 10. Roads Untravelled

My favourite Linkin Park album has got to be Living Things, simply because it's a mastered version of all their styles that they've gone through in the past albums, and it works so well. I did like Minutes to Midnight has a close second though
I don't believe Michael is any kind of hardcore fanatic of any of their albums, rather he's just expressing his dislike for One More Light and the Hunting Party. While I myself like Hybrid Theory a bunch, I and presumably Michael here enjoy the rest of their albums excluding ones mentioned. Just because they don't like a recent album doesn't mean they're devoted to their debut.

My underrated list. - High Voltage - Nobody's Listening - in Between, Hands Hell High, Given Up - Iridiscent, The Messenger - ROADS UNTRAVELLED - Rebellion - THE FUCKING WHOLE ALBUM IS SO UNDERRATED(MY FAV FROM LINKIN)
Leave Out All the Rest is my personal favorite Linkin Park song and it hurts knowing that nearly nobody gives it love. I know some people may not like it due to the fact that it's more of a personal connection piece, but I can't help but feel that the song is so underappreciated. Along with that, I'll Be Gone is brilliant.
My favourites underrated: -Until it's gone -Until it breaks -Pushing me away -From the inside -Shadow of the day -Roads Untraveled -Little things give you away -Nobodys listening -A place for my head -Waiting For The End

love these underrated song videos. heres a suggestion for another top 10 or sos (i commented this before somewhere) - top debut albums, top sophomore albums and top 3rd albums. cause the first 3 are without a doubt the most important in a bands career and can make or break a band and their future
My top 1 And one 2 Figure 09 3 Powerless 4 Pushing me away 5 Wretches and Kings 6 Nobody's Listening 7 Forgotten 8 Easier to run 9 Robot Boy 10 My December
I'm obsessed with Linkin Park, I love every single song they've created. I wish more people would give them a chance and listen to the songs that aren't played on the radio over and over again.
Thank you for mentioning Rebellion! It was super underrated. And I do agree that people just didn't talk much about The Hunting Party. Such a well done album to me.
9:12 Something I've noticed about Nobody's Listening. Chester's voice in the chorus is "sing song," like a child's nursery rhyme. This makes me think of the phrase, "children should be seen and not heard." I wonder if that parallel was drawn on purpose.
To me, the songs "Pushing Me Away", "By Myself", "The Messenger", "Blackout", "No more Sorrow", "When They Come For Me" and "With You" are the most underrated songs.
Solid list; you hit several of my own personal highlights (Rebellion, My December, Roads Untraveled, The Little Things Give You Away), that weren't necessarily singles and/or don't sound like stereotypical Linkin Park songs. Your mention of "Forgotten" was interesting, because while I always enjoyed that track on Hybrid Theory, it was actually one of the few tracks that I thought was even better on the remix album, Reanimation. Probably an unpopular opinion, but that was an early example of the band doing something much more low-key, electronic, and introverted, and bringing in a guest rapper to put the song in a very different context. Now that I think about it, it's probably because I reacted well to some of the more radical reinventions on Reanimation that I was willing to be patient with albums like A Thousand Suns.
am i the only one who doesnt think one more light is generic at all? some of these underrated songs that you've listed are even poppier than their new stuff my point is: when you were discusting why you didn't like robot boy at all when it was first released i felt like you could totally be saying the same thing for the stuff they're releasing now, so, if it's not your thing now, don't be disappointed, it could totally be your thing in the future
rohnny lima Could you please elaborate which songs you feel are more poppy from this list? I don't recall hearing "chipmunk" sound effects in any of the songs listed.
"Easier to Run" is for me the most underrated song. I just love everything about the song! It touches me even I heard it over 400 times and it's even my alarm clock since years! The silent guitar sound in the beginning and then the powerful chorus really hits me every time I hear it. Unfortunately, it was only played 21 times live and nobody talks about this masterpiece
Little Things is one of my favorite LP songs, even though I'm still not a fan of Minutes to Midnight. I honestly still think The Catalyst is underrated. I never hear anyone talk about it, and it seems the band doesn't really seem to acknowledge it anymore. I'm sure at some point a few One More Light tracks will show up in the future. It honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it's still a definitely weak record for them.
Has anyone noticed that the last track on Meteora, the last album before the band's change in style, is Numb. And the first line spoken in that song is ''I'm tired of being what you want me to be.''
I am so so happy that Little things give u away was the first pick. The guitar and the vocals of this song is angelic. It is the sort of music that hypnotizes you.
I just can't understand what people are referring to when they say One More Light sounds generic....like, in terms of what, exactly? I mean, it's such a vague statement that people have made with each and every able they've made since Meteora, so please be specific. If anything I'd say that's a generic statement from a generic fan
Brian Sitton wow I couldn't agree more! People don't really say why this album is generic. I think it's because it doesn't have a rock sound and people are turned off by it immediately
I love your passion for the hunting party! I think it's a great album, all for nothing is one of favourites, so exciting to listen to both Mike and Chester singing against each other.
I've been a huge Linkin Park fan for as long as I can remember, they're my all-time favorite band, and I pride myself from the fact that I was able to sing along to every song and these are the underrated ones. I also am so glad that you included The Little Things Give You Away, that is my personal all-time favorite Linkin Park song as well as my favorite in general. I hope this video makes it big so that these great songs, especially The Little Things Give You Away, get the recognition they deserve.

i like how you really break down each song you chose, not just the instruments and tone but even the feeling, emotion and overall meaning of the songs and what the artists are going through and the analysis isnt just "guitar sounds heavy and the vocals are good" but its really deep and meaningful to you so thank you for not being a dick with LPs evolution but embracing the change as the musicians change with age
Hey guys! Sorry for the weird audio during "Robot Boy", I had to reupload this video because TH-cam is weird as hell and said I used "steal my girl" by One Direction in the video...uh...

Many other underrated songs missing like When they come for me, Wretches and kings or With you but it is a scientific fact that The little things give you away is their most underrated song, and it's maybe their best for me

THE MOST UNDERRATED SONG EVER. So many emotions in one song!
I highly recommend this song
I've heard Roads Untraveled featured from the movie, Need for Speed, in 2014...
That got me chills with that song
My underrated list.
- High Voltage
- Nobody's Listening
- in Between, Hands Hell High, Given Up
- Iridiscent, The Messenger
- ROADS UNTRAVELLED
- Rebellion
- THE FUCKING WHOLE ALBUM IS SO UNDERRATED(MY FAV FROM LINKIN)
Forgotten and Nobody's Listening are the best
#1 Underrated song is definitely Valentine's Day. It's one of the best songs on Minutes to Midnight and no one ever talks about it.
man Chester Bennington and co. produced some great music. Chester will be missed. R.I.P to a legend
12:04 love that reverb
"The Little Things Give You Away" & "A Line In The Sand" are my personal favourite songs from their entire discography.
Y'all are forgetting about Iridescent... such a beautiful song that no one talks about. Definitely one of LP's most underrated songs.
My favourites underrated:
-Until it's gone
-Until it breaks
-Pushing me away
-From the inside
-Shadow of the day
-Roads Untraveled
-Little things give you away
-Nobodys listening
-A place for my head
-Waiting For The End
Waiting For The End
This ^^^
Nicholas Richardson but that's not underrated. It was a hit.
Yes! The Little Things Give You Away is criminally underrated. So glad to see someone recognise it
Pieces from "Minutes to midnight". Definitely one of their best record.

SundazeTV Lying from you is insanely underrated
What lying from you is not underrated
@@mikailfarooqui6115 nope 🤔🤔
figure 09 was one of my favs when I really started to listen to them
love these underrated song videos. heres a suggestion for another top 10 or sos (i commented this before somewhere) - top debut albums, top sophomore albums and top 3rd albums. cause the first 3 are without a doubt the most important in a bands career and can make or break a band and their future
My top
1 And one
2 Figure 09
3 Powerless
4 Pushing me away
5 Wretches and Kings
6 Nobody's Listening
7 Forgotten
8 Easier to run
9 Robot Boy
10 My December
Figure 09 at number 9. hahahaha
jc1424 He probably didn't think much while ranking. It's really underrated yeah.
I'm obsessed with Linkin Park, I love every single song they've created. I wish more people would give them a chance and listen to the songs that aren't played on the radio over and over again.
Ok I got to #2 and if Blackout isn't #1 I'm going to be sufficiently confused.
Ok I agree with Little Things but I think Blackout should have been on here somewhere and not In My Remains. Great list though
They play the melody from Blackout live as a sort of remix often. And that song was also in the soundtrack of FIFA 11. Surprised me, honestly.
Thank you for mentioning Rebellion! It was super underrated. And I do agree that people just didn't talk much about The Hunting Party. Such a well done album to me.
Most underrated LP songs:
1. Hands Held High
2. Easier to Run
3. Valentine's Day
4. Powerless
5. Roads Untraveled
+ Blackbirds
I love Valentine's Day and Powerless. They're so criminally underrated
9:12 Something I've noticed about Nobody's Listening. Chester's voice in the chorus is "sing song," like a child's nursery rhyme. This makes me think of the phrase, "children should be seen and not heard." I wonder if that parallel was drawn on purpose.
You should do All Time Low's album ranked from best to worst
To me, the songs "Pushing Me Away", "By Myself", "The Messenger", "Blackout", "No more Sorrow", "When They Come For Me" and "With You" are the most underrated songs.
most underrated Linkin Park song? it's absolutely Blackbirds!
Now that I think about it, it's probably because I reacted well to some of the more radical reinventions on Reanimation that I was willing to be patient with albums like A Thousand Suns.
rip chester
You were wearing a Enter shikari shirt in one of your videos and that got me thinking: you should do 7 underrated Enter Shikari songs!!!!! :)
Here are some of mine:
A Line in the Sand
Wastelands
Wretches and Kings
Hands held High
Mark the Graves
Keys to the Kingdom
In Pieces, Robot Boy, The Messenger, Burning In The Skies, Practically all of A Thousand Suns.
am i the only one who doesnt think one more light is generic at all?
some of these underrated songs that you've listed are even poppier than their new stuff
my point is: when you were discusting why you didn't like robot boy at all when it was first released i felt like you could totally be saying the same thing for the stuff they're releasing now, so, if it's not your thing now, don't be disappointed, it could totally be your thing in the future
rohnny lima Could you please elaborate which songs you feel are more poppy from this list?
I don't recall hearing "chipmunk" sound effects in any of the songs listed.
Tim Menke wtf are you even talking about
I'm talking about the stupid chipmunk sound effects thrown into all the stupid radio pop songs which are prominent on many OML songs
A good example would be within the very first 5 seconds of the first song on the album.
Oh and then about 20 seconds into the second song on the album.. would you like me to elaborate more?
A Line in the Sand is their best and most underrated song.
I am so so happy that Little things give u away was the first pick. The guitar and the vocals of this song is angelic. It is the sort of music that hypnotizes you.
The Hunting Party is actually my favorite album from Linkin Park !
My lovely Mike, I seriously love him so much. I honestly think linkin park wouldn't be linkin park without him. Great countdown Jon!
The whole one more light album
Awesome video! I really enjoyed it so keep the good work on! Greetings from germany
My December still to this day gives me chills. Definitely one of my favorite songs.
I got chills with just the small clip played. 😆

What about top 10 underrated muse songs?
i like how you really break down each song you chose, not just the instruments and tone but even the feeling, emotion and overall meaning of the songs and what the artists are going through
and the analysis isnt just "guitar sounds heavy and the vocals are good" but its really deep and meaningful to you
so thank you for not being a dick with LPs evolution but embracing the change as the musicians change with age
