My first time watching your podcast. I am now going back to view your others. You are creating some great projects and I am just so envious of your gorgeous craft room.

You have a lovely selection of projects on the go and I am looking forward to seeing the cross stitch and embroidery when you start the kits.

Hi Jill, greetings from London! I was at the stitch festival on Saturday , my first ever. Hoping to go to an actual yarn festival one day lol. A little tip for your lacy shawl knitting... put a stitch marker between every pattern repeat and that will help you see and find those pesky little mistakes much easier!

I found my first virus shawl pattern (which I then made) on a Spanish-speaking channel. In spite of the language difference it was relatively easy to follow, and the finished shawl was lovely.

Hi have just found your lovely channel. I have just completed the same scarf and if I was describing my journey with it it would be exactly as you described 😂 I think I started over about 8 times. It finally clicked in my brain and I was off and couldn’t put it down and I love it. 😍

Hi, just surfing through TH-cam and found you! If you’re looking for a yarn festival, if Newbury there’s the southern wool show is near you or there’s one at the Maltlings which is near Farnham, it’s called Unravel. I’m not great knitter but I can say you need to push all your needles up further, that’s why they are tight. Also try holding you needles resting between your thumbs and use your middle finger to throw your yarn over. Try not to let go of your needles. Hope this helps.

Thanks for visiting and for the knitting tips, I will try and give them a go! I've been to the Southern Wool Show, and Unravel, both were great - though not so good for my bank account lol
