I just like the transparency you included. You put the base price AND the price for lot & designs ❤ that.
Yes the total price of the home can be so misleading with just the base price.... It confuses so many.

Bedroom right as you enter the home. What kind of weird room to the right as you come in? Poor floor plan.
Hi Pat, In many floorplans you will find the guest room and a study up front. Reasoning behind a guest room up front is often builders (especially in single story homes) are looking to create as much privacy for guests away from the primary bedroom. As you can see it is literally the farthest point from the primary.
With regards to a study up front, it is important for those that work from home or utilize a study to have window or a view of outside. Hope this helps.... I think this floorplan is great!
