This video is so helpful and the instructions are conveyed very clearly. I'm a commercial cleaner but stripping a floor and refinishing has never been a part of my job requirement. I want to learn how to do all of it so I can add it to my resume should this skillset be required in the future Thank you😊
Thank you! We're just glad that the video has helped you out! If you're curious, here are all of our Clean Care videos. @@AmreSupply when I began following it gave me access to all the videos and I have enjoyed watching them. You are correct, I am very aware of much of the principles of cleaning but one is always open minded to new ideas and methodologies😊👍
Great video, I'm new to floor care and was wondering what the purpose of using the floor machine after using the neutralizer. Because when I stripped a floor with my coworkers we didn't do that. Just mopped and let it dry then put wax on it
Thanks for watching, we're glad that you found it helpful! After applying the neutralizer the floor machine will help the neutralizer work more evenly and neutralize more of the floor finish. This helps reduce the amount of residue that would interfere with the floor finish or wax. As well if you are interested there are more floor care tutorials here: th-cam.com/play/PLCo9SMjkdWBzREndiZ9xSNqOZLJJRRK9n.html
Thank you brother , I have 0 experience in this but I have an interview for a floor technician today. After watching this I deff gained 2 year’s experience and will know what I’m talking about during the interview today !!!!!! 😂😂👌
Great video "AMRE Supply". When applying the Neutral cleaner and use the machine with blue or red pad and use the mop again, as last step do we need to mop the area with fresh clean water only? Or it is not necessary.
Thanks for watching. It really depends on room size and use. If you have to move furniture around, then you might have to do the room in a section. If you have full access to the floor then you can do it all at once.
Thanks for watching. A floor sealer will be chemically different than a floor finish and it is also different from a floor a polish. These are designed for different purposes so they are not interchangeable.
Thanks for watching. The dilution rate depends on each particular product, so always read the labels and the provided information sheets. For example this stripper is listed as a 1:48 dilution rate. www.amresupply.com/part/DB50238-D-B-TIMEOUT-PLUS-ALL-SYST-STRI This stripper is listed as a 1:10 dilution rate: www.amresupply.com/part/1040400-Betco-Geraldine-Wax-Finish-Stripper-1gal Note: Adjust dilution rates to suit your cleaning needs.

@@tannerjames7874 For floor stripping a string mop works great as all you need is to cover the floor. Its during floor finishing that many people find that a flat mop useful as its better at releasing the solution onto the floor. String mops:: 'Drag' Along Surface Holds More Moisture Absorbs Better Great for Washing Available in Cotton/Synthetic Microfiber (flat mop) Push Along Surface Holds Less Moisture Releases Better Great for Waxing / applying floor finish Single Use / disposable use in Hospitals
the only flaw in video is he wasnt wearing ppe. sorry, i know its an old video, but if you are like me and trying to self teach yourself a bit, always have ppe on such as gloves and/or protective eyewear.
Thanks for watching. Yes PPE will depend on the task you are doing. Bill was wearing gloves while applying the floor stripper. A diluted neutral floor cleaner is not as corrosive as a floor stripper and doesn't carry the same risk. Since we don't know what exact chemicals and equipment someone is using we just recommended to read the labels and to use the recommended PPE as it will differ depending on what is used.

Great video "AMRE Supply". When applying the Neutral cleaner and use the machine with blue or red pad and use the mop again, as last step do we need to mop the area with fresh clean water only? Or it is not necessary.
Thank you Marcelo. That is a good question. A final rinse mopping with fresh clean water is best before applying the floor finish.
Do you recommend doing the stripping in pieces in a room or doing a whole room at one time?

Also what is the difference between a flat mop ,and the large mop in the video. In your opinion. I see many people lean towards the flat mop.
