This is dumb. The point of blulking up or carb loading is to load the muscle with glycogen so that the next workout is much easier as the muscle has a larger supply of quick glucose if blood glucose is low. Glycogen is made from glucose and water and is shuttled in most effectively after a workout. When you eat 7000 calories of mostly fat, the fat is broken down to lipids which is then stored as fat. the amino acids are either pissed out are shitted out and same with fat. Also you only use fat and protein as energy when you are in keto mode. To get into keto mdoe you need to be on a zero glucose diet for about 24 hours. So all those extra calories from fat and protein were wasted and willl just be stored as fat, never to be used unless you starve yourself completely for more than 24 hours. This is scientifically bullshit. To bulk up you only need to eat simple sugars jus prior and after the workout and then complex carb through the day. And just because you eat more does not mean you convert more glucose to glycogen and store it in your muscles. You only need some extra carbs mostly sugars timed corrrectly. They would have been better off sticking to 2000 calroies and using digestive enzymes and metformin (the pharmacuetical drug for diabetics which will help make use of that extra glucose). These guys are the very definition of stupid. Nobody should ever try bulkign up with fats. Learn some biology.
