i feel so bad for him. He was a great neighbour and friend. Like so many, he was also betrayled
I like his guy….he saw red flags, the hurriedness, suspicions. OMG….he asked Do you think he killed her? WOW.

Listening to replay....its just so sad all the way around to so many ppl these murders hurt & honestly what Chad did to his own kids is so horrible, depriving his own kids of their mother of which could have been around to enjoy their own children with later on in life. He"s so unbelievably selfish!!

What a blessing that his admiration for and friendship with Chad didn't blind him to the red flags.

What about the pink foam around her mouth? No one's discussing that. Just like with alex. They were given something that caused the immediate death and the pink foam

Not EVERYONE see life & death as a JOKE! I for one, wouldn't even speak to my spouse, till this trial was over, if I thought for a second that it would somehow get CD a get outta Jail Free Card, ESPECIALLY if I knew I'd be testifying against this monster of a human!

Some criminals ask for help hiding things
I am hearing he found her when he went to bed, then he found her in the morning. Which was it? He also moved the body and cleaned it up and messed with it. Rule of thumb, don’t touch, don’t move anything.
I know many people who have cleaned up loved ones before they were taken away to provide them some semblance of dignity. They treated this like a natural death not a murder.
He also said he moved her from upstairs to downstairs! It was a one level home.
Nate said there was an addition over the garage with a loft, so there were stairs to go up and down.
@@WatermelonPeppermint It is a one level home, but there is a newer part of the home that is two stories. Something like a room above the garage or a whole addition.
Maybe he didn't go to bed until the morning because he was in the portal with Lori daybell and she was keeping him in the portal so Alex could do the deed
I watched a body language expert and he pointed out how Chad puts his nose in the air when he hears things he doesn't like.
I remember in Ireland they used to get local people to hand shovel the graves and get a whisky for their hard work . 🤣not sure if they still do .Think so 🤣
Chad wanted Tammy buried before someone realized he murdered her & ordered an autopsy. I’m sure Chad regrets not having her cremated.
Thankfully it's rare for LDS members to cremate. That would have been a huge red flag.

Chad has dug graves by hand. There is a picture out there of him standing in a grave with a shovel when he was younger and worked for the city cemetery.
The prosecution should have asked more about Shultz's comment to the defense that he had no problem with Chad up until 2015 @32:07

This witness is the funeral director - friend- co-worker and former neighbor of the Daybell’s.
You do know that embolisms run in families don't you? Like the families of criminals planning to get married
Chad wasn't concerned about having an autopsy done on Tammy to determine future health problems that his children may have because they were next.

Why are funeral directors always named Schultz?
This is my second time listening to this. I am thankful these winter speaking the truth. Old Chubs should have told the same story more than once instead of changing it up.

I’m confused. I’ve searched all day for day number fourteen of the trial and cannot find it. This witness testified a few days ago.

Thus far, I’m actually stunned by Prior’s pathetic performance in this case! If he continues this way, Daybell might have a legitimate avenue for an appeal due to ineffective assistance of counsel. And he might be well aware of this fact and why he chose this less than stellar attorney to represent him in a death penalty case (the most difficult criminal cases for defense attorneys and why there are so few attorneys who specialize in those cases). Just unbelievable!

What was his Red flags prior to Tammys passing?
Prior is so desperate to prove Chad is innocent, but he hasn't a hope in hell. Chad sits there like a stuffed dummy as usual knowing full well he hasn't a hope in hell in getting away with his crimes.
I disagree. I think John has Priors is hoping for a conviction of life without parole instead of death- he knows Chad is guilty.

I would say that most devout LDS people don’t choose to be cremated. Maybe Chad thought it would raise too many red flags if he pushed for cremation.

Chadwick sitting there looking like a damn Statue !!!! Prior Acting like he is on to something questioning this witness ( which makes no sense whatsoever considering nearly everything he questioned, Is what the state has done asked .
If l had to answer l,d say to say ,about 20 hrs of podcasts, not much.
