ये हैं बिहार के स्वास्थ सचिव, इनके कार्यकाल में बिहार में स्वास्थ सेवाओं का हाल बिल्कुल भी अच्छा नहीं है। पटना के एक मात्र सुपर स्पेशियलिटी हड्डी अस्पताल के OPD में डॉक्टर से दिखाने आने वाले मरीजों को x ray test के लिए तीन से चार दिनों के बाद का नंबर मिल रहा है, जबकि एक वर्ष पहले तक मरीजों को उसी दिन x ray करवाने की सुविधा उपलब्ध थी जिस दिन वह मरीज अस्पताल में अपनी शारीरिक परेशानी का ईलाज कराने आता था। आपसे यह विनती है की मरीजों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पूर्व की व्यवस्था को पुनः लागू किया जाय।🙁
