- "एक दिन डीएम के साथ" - DKT Exclusive इस फिल्म का मक़सद है आईएएस की तैयारी कर रहे, या भविष्य में आईएएस बनने की चाहत रखने वाले छात्रों को डीएम के अधिकारों, कर्तव्यों और चुनौतियों के बारे में बताना. और ये सब बातें बता रहे हैं खुद अयोध्या के डीएम अनुज कुमार झा. और हाँ अगर आप भी आईएएस बनना चाहते हैं, तो उनसे इस सवाल का जवाब सुनना मत भूलियेगा कि आपमें एक ऐसी कौन सी क्वॉलिटी होना जरूरी है जिसके होते हुए आपमें बाकी सारी दूसरी क्वॉलिटी आ जाएंगी और आप आईएएस के काबिल उम्मीदवार हो जायेंगे. पर इस सवाल का जवाब जनने से पहले अनुज बता रहे हैं डीएम के दिन भर के रूटीन की. एक डीएम के अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों की. रेवेन्यू कलेक्टर, जिले के एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव प्रमुख और मजिस्ट्रेट के तौर पर उनकी जिम्मेदारियों की. राजनेताओं और राजनीतिक दवाबों के बीच खुद को पेशेवर बनाये रखने की चुनौतियों की.

मैं स्वयं एक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी हूँ मैंने सर के दिशानिर्देश में झाँसी जिले में काम किया है सर के साथ काम करने का अनुभव बहुत शानदार रहा ...सर बहुत ही सरल एवं कर्मनिष्ठ है ....जब वो झाँसी में थे तब वो मुख्य विकास अधिकारी थे बाद में वहाँ से वह जिलाधिकारी बनकर गए ...जब उनका विदाई समारोह हुआ हर किसी की आँखे नम थी ....वो एक कुशल प्रशासक होने के साथ बहुत अच्छे इंसान है ....सर को कोटि -कोटि नमन

Very tough daily routine of ias mjhe lagta tha car milta hai guards milta hai bungalow milta hai and uske bad life chill hai but it is very different what I predict the lifestyle of DM. I can't handle that much amount of work pressure and hatsoff sir🙏
