I think Sabuuchi was complaining about people using equilibrium on frames that have their own energy generation like protea (despite it being perfectly reasonable as it effectively doubles your dispensary), then people did the people thing and started talking stupid.
@@NuclearBumpkinthankfully nowadays it’s easy to get it, at least right now with the event. While boring and tedious if you use your free time to farm the event you can get a full energize in a couple days worth of playing
He made a video basically shitting on overframe builds and a few of them had equilibrium on for no discernible reason. It’s really good if you use dispensary or lycath’s hunt or something, but without a reliable way to generate health orbs it’s not great. Sab didn’t contextualize or talk about this nuance whatsoever, he was just like LOL equilibrium bad! and that infected a lot of peoples brains

I run Catalyzing Shields and Breif Respite on him for nonstop shield gating. He spams his abilities enough to the point being practically invincible. It's my first time trying a shield gate build and I have to say it's been very effective. If you're worried about toxin you can run Arcane Blessing to get a big health buff. Other DoT effects can be ignored by spamming abilities like you'll probably all ready be doing. Yellow Archon Shards, a proper Dethcube build, and Equilibrium can satisfy energy concerns. I was using Arcane Energize at first, but you really don't even need it. It's overkill.
So with them making sow recastable you don’t have to run negative duration. If you ran 2 yellow archon shards (one for increased energy for health orbs and vise versa) with nourish you have no problems sustaining.
Yea, energize is great, I know not everyone has it though and its a bit difficult to farm, whereas steadfast is a lot more forgiving to get, so I generally stick to those :) its also the main reason why I have never done a build with prime sure footed on this channel
Yea, his nuke scales to level cap since it deals true damage. Use a viral primer as well to increase the damage so it one shots enemies more consistently cus at base it only takes 25% of their current hp. Grouping from a Nautilus would also increase the potency as each enemy produces their own aoe which means grouping will scale the damage quadratically.

its a sevagoth nuke, not utilizing his shadow, just any basic shadow build works, and the build looks to be 4 forma

Do you have to build your shadow on this build?
Only if you choose to use his four. It's easily subsumed over and forgotten about if you don't want to invest the extra forma.
