  • In this video I put after market suspension parts in the CRF110 to make it sit an inch and a half higher, I install a set of PRO CIRCUIT triple clamps to raise the bars and find out if the pilot jet I ordered for the TB intake system make the bike run better.
Parts I used for the build:

Would you buy the triple clamp again over buying taller bars? Trying to decide if the clamp is worth the extra cash

How does it ride with the stiff front springs and stock rear? Do you ride tracks or trails? Thinking about doing just the dampening rods and shock extender for my trail riden 110

Hey Greg, I actually just got to take it for a short rip the other day because the snow finally melted here but it handles great for me but I only weigh 170lbs give or take so the rear spring holds me just fine so I could do trails all day on that thing

The reason the 26mm carb is hard to tune is because its kinda too big for just a 132 kit.. it’s meant to be installed with the big valve upgrade and aftermarket cam shaft upgrade. For just a 132 cylinder and piston they recommend using the 20-22mm carb option. Of course they will all need to be jetted properly. Too many variables to include every possible jetting combo you may need to buy jets separately.

Thanks for the comment. I did end up ordering a 25 pilot jet and replaced the 22.5 that came with the carb and it works perfect now 👌🏻

Do you need longer damping rods if you get bigger springs?

Good man, it sounds great really throaty. Nice thump when you crack the throttle
