Hi! I must say that your Korean Officetel tour video has been the best i've seen so far! I absolutely love how comfortable it looks and there doesn't seem a corner that feels empty and devoid. The landscape of your room isnt too dramatic but gives a sense of home. The spacing for everything feels just right. Nice to know that your shower is sepparated with a glass wall so water wont spill everywhere. Im grateful to have found this in my recommendations. Good day!!
Nice apartment! I am thinking of moving to Seoul in couple months so I am wondering: how much KRW do you pay for this apt? I'd like something similar :)
My school pays the rent but I pay about 120,000 won a month for utilities. It went up to over 200,000 won for 2 months in the summer because of my air conditioner o.O
Generally, for an E-2 Visa-holding teacher, the company pays for housing. I worked for EPIK at the time, and they provided that apartment, so I can't say how much it was. As for specific location, that was near Shin-Mokdong station.
Wow.. I can see lots of changes and your hard work! and I like this music
So nice!! :) I would love to live there.
your apartment is pretty nice!!!!
Nice, how much do you pay per month for that one? (US$)
Thanks.
That's a cute apartment! The view from your apartment window is quite nice, and the plants on the windowsill are a nice touch :)
Seems like a very pleasant pad with a pleasant location, can you tell me which area this is?

Hi, I'm an Architecture student. I wanted to ask if all the commercial stalls on the ground floor only open on the exterior?
hello! the main doors are on the exterior but they do have interior doors. the interior ones are only used for workers, though.
Okay. nice. That really helps a lot. Thank you very much! :)
Wow I love it looks so comfortable wow if I go to South Korea I definitely want to stay in a offitel
