like this?? it wouldn't cost much more than materials really, it looks neat, and it turned out pretty, but very few high school vo-tech students couldn't weld and fab 10 times better than this. stop by any trailer park or homeless shelter and tell 5 guys I'll give you a $100/day to slap this thing together with one supervisor that almost knows what he is doing. and it will turn out about as well. Sorry, I enjoy watching these videos for entertainment, but quality built products are only seen every now and then.
They weld onto the body with great care about a half ton of metal decoration that serves no purpose yet the heavy gauge metal mounts for the hydraulic lifts are just tack welded in position. I doubt they will last very long. The whole rear body of the vehicle must weight close to the chassis's permissible carrying capacity.
Amazing gas axe cutting torch skills ... just imagine how many hours would be saved if they had a water jet steel plate cutting table .. give it 5 years
Beautiful artwork in that middle fabrication it's good to see people still take pride in their work and new gentlemen definitely showed that just like early earlier of the industrial revolution every piece of ironwork had some kind of artwork detail put into each piece that was made it's nice to see you guys carrying on the tradition

Just an inch of weld along the top, nothing down the sides to prevent flexing and then the rams fitted, so no way they did it later.Strange.
The new truck is not Hino or Isuzu, but Chinese truck company......
