I've found that dendroid are the dread knights worst nightmare... A creature that bind them, can take serious beating, and deals solid dmg back A dendroid can simply disable the dread knights utility completely
Putting vampires in the middle like that is just disadvantage number 1 in these fights. The dragons will always target that pack and they instantly lose 50% of their numbers. Along with dreadknights theyre Necropolis’ heavy carries in these fights, which is why Necro always loses since you put them in the middle as dragon breath food.
Pegasi is great to take down overall weaker shooting units than what health and defense skill Pegasi has in comparison, which are just Master Gremlins, Marksmen and that's basically it, every other shooter damages Pegasi badly on melee attacks.
@Jewish Overlord Silver Pegasi, the upgraded form doesn't add much to the creature itself. Faster for sure, but even faster it gonna die. Neither it's defense nor attack skill changes much, just the speed and the nearest shooter defending unit will counter attack our Pegasi and will unfortunately die immediately. If not attacking, just waiting, then the very first spell will finish it off. Just does not even worth to buy unless you wish to repeatedly attack the enemy with a 1-1 split up stacks and fly in front of the shooter, but as always, Forgetfullness spell seems to be a better idea.
It's possible, if ghost dragons put lucky ages on several creatures, and dread knights are lucky on criticals too. Also you need to keep vampire stack full.
There's a point to make Necro creatures seem not so impressive, because in real scenarios, the player can already stack up a huge mass of skeletons, let alone those OP Dread Knights
Also, by using only vampire lords, you can clean many neutral creatures without any loss, so when you meet your opponent, you have more army, than him, because you didnt have any losses. These are hidden advantages, that necro has, but in real scenarios, necromancer has usually larger army, so it would be too overpowered, if his city production would be already at same level, as other factions.
+warrax111.... um... by "put lucky ages on SEVERAL creatures" you mean the dragons should age ALL of the creatures because in pure HOMM terms several means 5-9 creatures. And anyway, if you need all of the enemy creatures aged while the dread knights also double blowing the hell out of everyone, then yes, it is possible indeed to win the battle, but it's not realistic. Therefore Necropolis CAN'T win against Rampart (without the cheat called skelleton / lich harvesting obviously), which is how it should be anyway because Necropolis is evil, ugly, and not cute and lovely and breathtaking like my lovely Rampart.... or something
Well iam not fan of Necropolis, but that was very lame gameplay. Necropolis can do much better. Rampart isnt so strong. But good video anyway, i love all your HoMaM videos.

Dwarves and dendroids are absolutely underrated because of their low speed... But they're highly tough units.

all you really need to do against the AI as undead is to keep the vampire lords full, as the fight drags of, their ability becomes overwhelming.
Great as always
Ah Isra, my fav female death knight
Rampart's bonus growth of Dwarves, Pegasi and Dendroids gives it a big advantage.
dwarves and dendroids only. Pegasi, as fast and high growing as they are as easily they go down
@Jewish Overlord um, that's what I also said :)

This only shows you how weak unupgraded Necro is when a human player struggled vs AI Rampart.
good observation :)
it's one of the worse un-upgraded towns vs one of the best, also, the play was pretty basic.
Still no spells, bad plays, heroes specialty's ect. necro can have level 4 in day one. Castle can't for example.
Neither black nor gold dragons can be affected by 'bless' nor 'curse'... let alone nearly any spell at all.
확실히 램파트가 쎄긴쎔 예비군들도 속도가 느려서 안쓰지 능력치는 좋은듯 ㅋㅋ
audio is a bit delayed
Sooo you want us to tell in a way that it is impossible to make them undead win the upgraded battle? :P
It's possible, if ghost dragons put lucky ages on several creatures, and dread knights are lucky on criticals too. Also you need to keep vampire stack full.
Well if you can do it without upgrades, makes sense with as well, Necro gets a lot more benefits than Rampart when upgraded imo

Would not happen in real game
