I have been following him for quite some time.. Unlike others., He is neither asking for any fees for providing live classes. Nor he is asking money for providing help regarding the preparation for exams. He is doing all for free. Great work sir. Country needs more people like you. He is nothing like the people who first start their youtube channel, get some subscribers by teaching for free and later start demanding money to join their classes. Great work sir. Good one. However if possible please make 2 separate videos for complete practical procedure - one for cognbl offence ( us 154) and other for Non Cogn Offe ( us 155). let the video be for 20-30min each. Though it may require lot of efforts but for aid to legal students , u may consider it. Regards N Sharma

Kya ye judgement important h?

Just one quick question brother : If a person is on bail from Judicial custody, can police make him file bail bond or surety before filing final report under section 170 ? or all bails and bonds under 170 are only for those under custody of police or out on bail from police station/custody ?
No there is no need.....if a person is already on bail then he already had filed a bond before the court of law.

Please make video on - in some cases, first police make investigation and after they registered FIR. Eg. When police got information about someone having offensive weapon in possession or lacquer.
