Sir there is a doubt that whether a cognizance of an offence is taken after the taking the evidence under 200 or it may also be taken before taking evidence or examining the witnesses??
How the accoused (summons not issued) will come to know whether any case is filled or not . And if the accoused (not guilty) wants to File a case against the complainant under section 211 ipc, how can he will get the documents from the court?🙏🙏

मजिस्ट्रेट के द्वारा 203 के तहत मामला खारिज़ किया जाता है तो अभियुक्त को कैसे अधिकार है कि वो आईपीसी 211 के तहत मामला सामने वाले के ऊपर दर्ज करवा सकता है अभी तक तो अभियुक्त के ऊपर कोई मामला दर्ज हुआ ही नही है मामला दर्ज होता फिर उस मामले से अभियुक्त बरी हो जाता तब कहि जा कर 211 आईपीसी के तहत मामला बनेगा । ये क्लियर कीजिये मैं सही बोल रहा हूँ कि गलत
High Court ja sakte hai iske against agar 156(3) me FIR hui hai lekin relief milne ke chance thoda kam hote hai unless ki aap ground kaafi convincing hai.
