@ST9025 You have to make sure your opponent's arm is orange on the bottom corner of the screen, then it's mostly about luck to activate the cutscene. Sometimes even if the move says its an arm destroyer tech move it will hit your opponents head or body instead. It might only work on a certain arm, like the left or the right, I'm not sure though.
