Traditional Zapiekanka Recipe- Polish Street Food

In this video I show you how to make a traditional Zapiekanka.
This Polish Street Food is very famous in Poland and very easy to prepare.
It is a delicious baguette with mushrooms and cheese and known as polish fast food.
Zapiekanka Recipe:
1/2 onion
200 g mushrooms
a handful of fresh parsley
1 tbsp butter
tomato ketchup
1/2 baguette
grated cheese
