They call me about my house and they call for my mother about her house. I take the call because my mother is 77 years old and does not want to talk to them. I am also on the Do Not Call registry and remind them about the TCPA. Turn that into a teachable moment.

if they want your house you buy it at my price regardless of valve and ask proof of funds before i talk to your other person

What if you're under contract and the "cash buyer" tries to change the amount of the sale after we already agreed on price?

If you are the sealer and are under contract with a cash buyer, they can always ask to renegotiate the purchase price. However the sales doesn’t have to agree as the contract is already agreed upon at a specific price.
