Yes middle of the night waking! Omg it's the worst.
Thank you for the recording. I couldn’t make the live session.
I have just increased my oestrogen hrt and I’ve finally started sleeping right through. I’ve tried everything and this has been the only thing that has worked
Food Nutrition, additional vitamins, stay active, stay away from drama to keep calm. ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS LOAD UP. Most people are low in MAGNESIUM AND VITAMIN D.
I’m so happy to have caught this!
I bought the mg suggested and have had the best sleep I’ve had in years. This is one supplement I don’t forget to take … at bedtime.
Great information. Thank you!
Very informative, thank you🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for all this great information!!
Hi 👋
Can you speak to frequent spontaneous waking through the night.
Honestly most of humanity has lost the common sense just because one thing works for someone doesn't mean it's going to work for everyone we are all different. FIND YOURSELF
Been suffering from insomnia for years. Hypothyroid and post menopausal.
I take magnesium citrate---160 mg capsules---6 before bed!!! Have for about 10 yrs.....blood levels are always perfect
I've heard blood levels usually look "normal" when it comes to magnesium. One most go by symptoms to gauge if levels are low.
How are your calcium levels? I do that as well but my calcium has increased.
Dr Haver, what brand of magnesium do you recommend?
I am 58 and tens years into surgical menopause, so this info is great, but too late now.
I’ve watched all your videos I’m suffering so badly from menopause! I have insurance that covers HRT pls list a number or place I can go.
How much magnesium should we be taking at night please ?
I’ve heard drinking SILICA WATER is one way to get rid of aluminum in the brain which causes Alzheimer’s. But of course a person would need their detox pathways very open to do this, which can be accomplished with Oxy Powder, enemas, and TUDCA for bile flow. Rapid Liver Reset has tons of great knowledge on this.
Sleep is affected but this belly bloat is OFF THE CHARTS😔
Brain fog is big It’s also connected to insulin and blood sugar levels from personal experience
What about CBD for sleep? Cannabis is different right?
It helps calm me
My doctor took me off hrt due to having a couple migraines ? Do you take your patience’s off with migraines ?
i would like to discuss vaginal dryness... just began for me at 48/49 yay
So I am on 100 mg of progesterone but it's not helping me sleep and my doctor is a little hesitant, as well as I am, about.increasing the dose. Any suggestions
Did you see any hair thinning from the progesterone? Thank
@@neicycombs3533 no and I am on 200 mg now. BUT I also started using Rogain from Costco but that took at least 3 months to see results and I had no increased hair lose then.
I will say I think it's getting close to me needing some estrogen but I'm not sure when to know for sure. I don't have hot flashes and I still have light periods about every 30-40 days. 🤷
@@neicycombs3533 my hair was thinning before. I started using monoxidial and it's been very helpful
Makes me mad my doctors keep saying it's old age never sat anything else.
Find different ones
Help me please. My hair is out of wack!!! I'm 53 , menopausal and feel like I'm losing my mind.
