I've actually been eating a lot healthier since I'm no longer buying my lunches and eating out all the time. I've been challenging myself to use up all the stuff that's been sitting on my shelves and in my freezer forever. (Let's see...I have 23 cans of chick peas from Costco....what can I do with that?)

I don't know what it's like where you are, but shelves are still pretty empty here and it's hit-or-miss whether you can find exactly what you're looking for. Have you had a difficult time finding the food you need for keto?

Honestly, last year I was pretty over Sephora. Ulta had a much better Rewards program & my local stores have the best staff. I only buy drugstore there if it's on sale, otherwise I'm at Target & Walmart.
*My hands were cracked and bleeding, too. Every time you wash, put on a really good, nourishing lotion and then put a thin layer of Aquaphor or Vaseline over the super dry areas. This will create a barrier and keep that moisture IN! If you keep up on this your dry spots will be completely GONE within days.*
SelfConsciousMakeup Jennifer -I use dawn liquid for dishes, hands, even hair-it’s great, soft and non drying . I even gave my dog his bath with it. I then use my hand cream 2-3 times a day...but honestly don’t need it.
That Maybeline Fit Me concealer is my favorite to use as a bronzer/contour in a darker shade!! It blends out like a dream and ends up so natural and seamless. I use a pretty dark shade (for my complexion), but not too much of it. LOVE it!

Well i noticed about 2 or 3ish weeks ago i went to Walmart and the makeup section was closed off but i did notice when going top Walgreens to pick up moms prescription the makeup wall was stocked and more full then I'd ever seen. I didn't get anything but i walked by slow motion

I have the Truffles quad but have yet to use it (I’ve been loving the Rose Water quad). Now I have inspiration to use that beautiful cool/neutral palette!! I love this entire look. I love the fit me but I don’t want a heavy full coverage concealer at 43. It doesn’t look pretty at all! The bite size palette to try is the green one called jalapeño something! It’s so gorgeous!

Emily, this look came together so beautifully! The last time I was in Target, which was end of February, I was able to get the bite size shadowing carnival candy. Everything else was sold out. There is no Target in my town so I have not done drive up. I have been making a lot of one pot and simple meals with beans and veggies. I eat ground turkey, chicken, and fish but have not been able to purchase any sense this happened. My greatest success so far, outside of just normal meals I would make, has been enchiladas made with lentils. Next week I may try to go the next town over for groceries. Living in a small town is naturally isolating, but with no food and grocery delivery it has been difficult to keep my usual menu going. I also now realize how many different stores I shop at to get my favorite coffee creamer, fresh veggies, and meat. I am appreciative of this reflective time though. When we get on the other side, I hope we all remember.
you need to get the elf bite size palette in cream and surgar it’s the best one out of all of them! The shimmers are bomb in it. It’s my everyday day go to neutral palette, I always choose it over my high end palettes 👍🏼
I haven’t worn and base makeup in about a month , with having to wear a mask at work they don’t play well with each other so I just am doing my eyes and brows and on my days off I am just amplified my skin care to keep the spots and blemishes at bay and I am winning the battle so far.

I love that maybelline fit me concealer! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve repurchased! It’s so lightweight and blends sooo easily. I’m not looking for much coverage. I would say the shade light sand provides medium coverage, which is perfect for me 😍

I've been making batches of quinoa salad with balsamic dressing, cucumbers and diced tomatoes. I don't typically eat breakfast and lunch but I keep the quinoa around and have a spoonful or two if I'm feeling hungry and it's really super yummy. If you can find Marzetti Simply Dressed balsamic, it's sooooooooo good. Sometimes I add some grated parmesan cheese if I'm craving salt without actually adding any salt. BTW, this is one of my favorite looks on you to date. I must get my hands on that eyeshadow. Loving the silvery shade in combination with the lovely browns!

I’ve been diving into the instant pot and have cooked a lot of meals in it. There’s a beef goulash recipe I found on Pinterest that uses elbow macaroni and it’s delicious. Also sour scream pork chops also found on Pinterest are great as well.
I have been using the Cereve moisturizing facial wash from hand washing and cereve hand lotion ,really improves condition of hands.Lots of great ingredients !

Try gold bond healing lotion(has to be the healing one). It helps me a ton and I have eczema. I do like the cerave lotion too but when it comes to extremely dry skin it helps me the most. I hope it helps🙏🏻💕
If you have a&d ointment, or any diaper rash ointment really, it works great on over washed and sore hands. Just a little on the back of each hand, since they are designed to help soothe sore and chafed skin
I really enjoyed the Trish and Garth Live By Request concert on CBS too! They originally did it live on April 1st after they had crashed Facebook doing a live concert the week before. Garth does a Facebook Live concert every Monday night called "Inside Studio G". CBS aired the Trish and Garth Live by Request concert again on April 8th following the Kenny Roger's Tribute Concert. It was also very good! Did you see it? I love the eye look you created! My favorite of the Elf Bite size pallets is "Cream and Sugar".
Makeup looks flawless! Foundation is definitely in my top drugstore fave. I would’ve thought profusion would’ve been the top for Target though they have some of the best eyeshadows for $10.
Glad I'm not the only one picking up a makeup item or two with my groceries and essentials! Btw, when my hands get really dried out from handwashing, I use a little Clinique moisture surge on them at night. It really helps those little cracks and cuts heal up quickly!
I just panned the Maybelline fitme concealer. It just kept going, unbelievable! I love that concealer for after the gym when I wear no foundation. Blends out well with the finger :).

And... through experimentation, I think NYX butter gloss and ABH glosses are the same. The price point is actually the same by unit price, feels the same and has the same amount of full coverage pigment. I can’t live without either and buy based on what’s in my wallet!
That milani setting spray is my absolute favorite. I tried a small one and when I ran out I had to buy the big one, I reach for it way more than my UD. I think it’s amazing
I was the first to get the elf putty after I heard it was highly rated. I don’t like pushing it on which pulls on my skin. Elf has never disappointed me before.
I use a brush with my ELF poreless putty & that seems to work really good! I use an Ecco brush that's for foundation. Concealer & I do not get along at all. I've tried so many & I end up looking speckled or spackled! I gave that up. You need to add Vaseline on your knuckles after to keep the CeraVe inside your skin! I like your name 'pocket palettes' YOU need to create them for us!

Put that putty primer on with a brush. A stiff dense one, or those odd contour ones you never use. It’s so much better with a brush 🤗

The rose water shade in the elf bite sized are so pretty. That's the only one I've tried so far. Such a pretty little palette.
you need to get the elf bite size palette in cream and surgar it’s the best one out of all of them! The shimmers are bomb in it. It’s my everyday day go to neutral palette, I always choose it over my high end palettes 👍🏼

I haven’t worn and base makeup in about a month , with having to wear a mask at work they don’t play well with each other so I just am doing my eyes and brows and on my days off I am just amplified my skin care to keep the spots and blemishes at bay and I am winning the battle so far.

I love that maybelline fit me concealer! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve repurchased! It’s so lightweight and blends sooo easily. I’m not looking for much coverage. I would say the shade light sand provides medium coverage, which is perfect for me 😍

I've been making batches of quinoa salad with balsamic dressing, cucumbers and diced tomatoes. I don't typically eat breakfast and lunch but I keep the quinoa around and have a spoonful or two if I'm feeling hungry and it's really super yummy. If you can find Marzetti Simply Dressed balsamic, it's sooooooooo good. Sometimes I add some grated parmesan cheese if I'm craving salt without actually adding any salt. BTW, this is one of my favorite looks on you to date. I must get my hands on that eyeshadow. Loving the silvery shade in combination with the lovely browns!

I’ve been diving into the instant pot and have cooked a lot of meals in it. There’s a beef goulash recipe I found on Pinterest that uses elbow macaroni and it’s delicious. Also sour scream pork chops also found on Pinterest are great as well.

Try gold bond healing lotion(has to be the healing one). It helps me a ton and I have eczema. I do like the cerave lotion too but when it comes to extremely dry skin it helps me the most. I hope it helps🙏🏻💕
If you have a&d ointment, or any diaper rash ointment really, it works great on over washed and sore hands. Just a little on the back of each hand, since they are designed to help soothe sore and chafed skin

Makeup looks flawless! Foundation is definitely in my top drugstore fave. I would’ve thought profusion would’ve been the top for Target though they have some of the best eyeshadows for $10.
Glad I'm not the only one picking up a makeup item or two with my groceries and essentials! Btw, when my hands get really dried out from handwashing, I use a little Clinique moisture surge on them at night. It really helps those little cracks and cuts heal up quickly!
I just panned the Maybelline fitme concealer. It just kept going, unbelievable! I love that concealer for after the gym when I wear no foundation. Blends out well with the finger :).

And... through experimentation, I think NYX butter gloss and ABH glosses are the same. The price point is actually the same by unit price, feels the same and has the same amount of full coverage pigment. I can’t live without either and buy based on what’s in my wallet!

I use a brush with my ELF poreless putty & that seems to work really good! I use an Ecco brush that's for foundation. Concealer & I do not get along at all. I've tried so many & I end up looking speckled or spackled! I gave that up. You need to add Vaseline on your knuckles after to keep the CeraVe inside your skin! I like your name 'pocket palettes' YOU need to create them for us!
I love the elf contour palette also. And it Saves so much room in my cabinet.
Oh man! Me and my husband have been doing this thing a long time as well. I remember trying to make stew when I was 18 for him...didn’t know the rue would stick to the bottom of the pan if I wasn’t working with it consistently🤣 thankfully thinks have slightly improved. Not much, but enough lol!
