    some parts were way to fast for me so i kept doing the slower versions and that worked out perfect for me :) Thank you!

    I guess I am still too much of a beginner as this one hurt my hip flexors by 4 min in! Music was great, but just seemed like Jazzercise over walk challenge. Today was not my fav
