also the glossy finish on the smart liner scratches off and fades away rather fast, making it look really bad for which you need to apply something like armor all to make it look good, hence making it slippery

WeatherTech is slippery

WeatherTech is slippery with enough liquid, but the cheaper brand is slippery even with just a few drops. It has zero absorption to prevent it compared to the WeatherTech which does offer a little absorption.

Totally agree. They also have great customer service, where you can actually call and speak to someone that you can clearly understand.
