For softness, my go-to mohair is Aloft. It’s absolutely next to skin soft for me. I’ve used Drops Kid Silk Mohair (as a matter of fact I just placed an order for more yesterday for non clothing projects) but find it very prickly, though it is VERY cost friendly when it comes to mohair yarn. I have some in stash for a couple of cardigans but I wouldn’t recommend it for next to skin. Maybe give Knit Picks Aloft a try and review. I think you will be impressed. Thanks for this review. I really enjoy hearing your thoughts on different yarns.
