Lodhi Colony Quarters have 2 floors. Each floor has 9-10 quarters (same no. Of quarter on 1st floor).
Type 2 has 2 room, 1 kitchen, 1 porch at entrance. Each quarter has 2 entry points( one front side and one back side).
Room size are big in Lodhi colony.
Common parking for vehicles( i.e. no separate parking)

Kabul lane type 2 are very small roofs r very low u can touch fan while standing on bed..in room only one double bed fits well .16000 salary mein se rent deduct hoga or army wale 16000 mein type 2 de rahy hai yh quater mein ek peon rahta hai us ka quater dekha

Seniority/WAITING LIST plays big role in getting these quarters. It's the same situation in any area of delhi.

You are eligible for type 2 quarters, but it also depends on your seniority/ waiting list. I am not sure whether there is separate quota/waiting list for cabinet secretariat employees.

Also it depends on which area and quarter condition you prefer. There is an option of upgradation of quarters, if you get old quarter (i.e. not habitable). And chances of getting old quarter is high than newly built quarter.
