Type 2 (Type II) Central Government quarters, Quarters, Lodhi Colony, Delhi

Lodhi Colony Quarters have 2 floors. Each floor has 9-10 quarters (same no. Of quarter on 1st floor).
Type 2 has 2 room, 1 kitchen, 1 porch at entrance. Each quarter has 2 entry points( one front side and one back side).
Room size are big in Lodhi colony.
Common parking for vehicles( i.e. no separate parking)
Video shows Type 2 ground floor quarter.

Kabul lane type 2 are very small roofs r very low u can touch fan while standing on bed..in room only one double bed fits well .16000 salary mein se rent deduct hoga or army wale 16000 mein type 2 de rahy hai yh quater mein ek peon rahta hai us ka quater dekha
Seniority/WAITING LIST plays big role in getting these quarters. It's the same situation in any area of delhi.

You are eligible for type 2 quarters, but it also depends on your seniority/ waiting list. I am not sure whether there is separate quota/waiting list for cabinet secretariat employees.
Also it depends on which area and quarter condition you prefer. There is an option of upgradation of quarters, if you get old quarter (i.e. not habitable). And chances of getting old quarter is high than newly built quarter.

Area accha h but quarter ki condition toh dekhkar hi Pata chalegi, kyunki kuch ki condition acchi hoti Hai ( as they have been upgraded in recent times). Baki jin quarters ki condition sahi nahi Hai toh ndmc/cpwd sahi karwake deta Hai as per provisions applied.

Kaha se allot ho rahe hai ye quarters. GP me to available hai nahi kidwai nagar.

It’s for Delhi Govts employees or Central Govt employees ?
As per rules stated on website: "All Central Government employees and the employees working under the Government of NCT of Delhi, who are working in the offices, which have been specifically declared eligible for General Pool, are entitled for allotment of accommodation from General Pool." I hope this helps.
When will bidding start?
Its ready, but for some reason they have not included the flats in the bidding process yet. Hopefully soon ( in 2-3 months)

Yes, You can visit the CPWD office located at the site and ask them that you would like to see sample flat. They will make entry and show you the same. Also take your ID too, they might ask.
