I think you'll have to ask their support team, I'm afraid. As I said above I have a different wheel now and only had the g29 before, not the g27. I never used a handbrake so I simply don't know. Sorry that I can't be of more help.
Hi Ron. Just jogged my memory by, looking thru some of my old replies to other folk. I think the second USB slot is for plugging in a controller as a way to fool the console into thinking you have a different wheel. So I wouldn't buy a handbrake purely to use with this device. I think it's likely to be a waste of money. Let us know if you try it though. Would be good to know if there's a way to get that working. 👍
Thanks a lot for this video. I watched last night an old review and the reviewer was clicking the arrow and showing the different modes of the converter... and XBOX one wheel mode was missing!!! You must have felt conned!, it is not cheap! Glad it is working and ordering mine now.

So, it has arrived today. Couldn't connect to update the firmware but it seems to have come with 1.7 already. I tried Forza Horizon 4 and it works selecting XBOX one. Didn't try the clutch but the stick works.

I know it used to need a strange workaround with a third party controller. Maybe that’s been sorted in the new firmware. Weird about the Bluetooth though.
I just am curious if i can adjust the wheel steering angle through this, as i run a g29 on forza horizon 5 via drive hub it has no ghub or steering angle settings? So if this unit has setting such as this i would use it.
Mines on its way I'm trying to get my g920 to work on my ps4 so I can play be driving games and didn't want to pay for a new wheel hoping it works thanks for the info !

I also have a G920 and been emulating Gran Turismo 4 on PC, which frankly blows Forza out of the water on my G920 in terms of Force Feedback and the experience. I think I'm going to skip Gran Turismo Sport for now but I'm definitely looking forward to Gran Turismo 7!

Hi there! I didn't notice any lag. I can't say for certain there isn't any, but it's definitely not something I noticed. I've seen people in Amazon reviews complain they can't use their shifter even though there is an additional USB slot. From memory, that extra slot is for the standard controller to be plugged in and fool the console into thinking you've got the correct version of the wheel. Unfortunately it's not something I've tested as I got a new wheel over the New Year. Hopefully that's of some help to you :)
Brooks all well know for making fighting controllers and there the input lag is vital. So I would not even bother about input lag on any of their products.

I got the Ras1ution 2, (thinking I'd be safer going the newer "blue" unit), thinking it may help out if I go a XBOX Series X and it is absolutely rubbish on the G29 PS3/4/PC wheel on the XBOX ONE. I scored the wheel off a good mate and honestly, wish I never laid eyes on this adaptor. (Maybe the red one works, maybe I just got a bung unit, who knows). Yes it worked out of the box. However it's force feedback emulation is atrocious, I ended tweaking the force feedback and wheel radius, turning it right down to make it usable on Horizon 5. But even then, it was seriously like driving a car on ice. Not an immersive experience. Forza 7? Yeah OK, but good luck getting a great experience. The worst was DIRT 5? Meh, ok, however the force feedback just decides to send the wheel full lock to the left or right and stay there, happens all the time, however is actually slightly better after the firmware update, but still does it. If you do have the blue unit, (I can't speak for the original red one),... DO NOT even attempt to download the software and update it via Bluetooth on your phone, it failed for me, not to mention it took over 23 mins to do and later found it didn't even take after it was "completed"?!?!?!?!. I proceeded to get the .EXE for the Ras1ution 2, latest firmware helped, (and actually succeeded),but it's far from acceptable. The G29 works well on PC titles, Including XBOX Play Pass titles on Windows 10, so I saw no need to get another wheel. The G29 works really well for an entry level sim wheel. Have a G29? Buy at own risk.... Absolute waste of money. Get the Reasnow Crosshair or the Collective Minds Drive Hub. I have gone for the Drive Hub. Now that I've wasted my $$ on the Ras1ution 2, and now a 2nd unit out of frustration, hoping the drive hub serves me well...... Hmm, I should have just bitten the bullet and l picked up a 2nd hand G923. "SIGH"!!! Hopefully I can get a refund for this useless adaptor.
I haven't been able to test this, sorry. I remember seeing people have issues the other way around with the g920 on ps5. There was a weird workaround with a third party pad in the second slot iirc. Xbox seem a bit more relaxed in terms of treating peripherals from previous gens so it *might* not be an issue, but I wouldn't personally buy it on the off chance that it might work.

It's looking like it's going to be a while before I get series X/S (getting a PS5 first) so unfortunately I won't be able to test anytime soon. Sorry I couldn't be more definitive. =\
The Drivehub by Collective Minds is the one I went for when I initially discovered that the ras1ution didn't work properly when I first bought it. collectiveminds.ca/shop/allconsoles/drivehub/ It worked well, but it's much more expensive and hard to get a hold of. So please, if you decide to try it, be 100% certain it fits your needs. A few months after I made this video, I bought a new wheel so I'm not able to say for certain what state the compatibility is in with the new consoles unfortunately. But there should be a ton of info out there in the racing forums by now. Hope that helps!

Actually managed to connect via Bluetooth using an old phone. Didn't touch the firmware, of course.
