Thank you so much for your quick and simple, yet thorough instructions on this device. I had received this and wasn't quite sure about the "plate" (for lack of a better term) with the sticky on the back. Not needed unless I intend to perrmanently mount the unit. Following along with your instructions showing how to hook up with the app just assured me that I was downloading and proceeding correctly and was able to do my first EKG. Thanks so much!

Good video on how a person new to this device uses it. 81. Wow that hi for resting. I just bought one and I went through the exact same steps and got similar results
Thank you I really appreciate you seeing that. Yes I need to get my resting heart rate down a little bit lower. Generally when I'm sleeping and I get a true resting heart rate it's around 60.

Another gimmick that wants more money to get a second opinion! Just a toy!
You could say it's a toy if you want but for a lot of people it gives them peace of mind and it gives them a base point to start from so if something changes they know they might need to seek further attention from a doctor or medical professional so while you say it's a toy it could be a helpful one.
