- ITS TIME! We pulled out the long awaited puch maxi e50 build and got straight to work! We split the engine cases, removed the crank, gears, clutch and all the bits, we even drilled and tapped our m6 cylinder head bolts out to m7 studs for more strength with our polini 64cc big bore kit! ALSO we got a ton of new parts for this build from Treatland , straight cut gears, big bore, new crank, handlebars, ignition and many more!

These old school moped such as puch and simson, are classics and alot worth today. It gives you are smile. Also, if you ever want to upgrade. there is a engine block called Addy 50.
OG Mopeds are great! In my state, because of a loophole, if the moped has functional pedals, you can legally go up to 130cc.

You can reach 60m/h with this kit If you make it perfectly tuned. exhaust carb and gearing . It is insanely good.

i did a piaggio build on the channel already ! derbi gp1 with hyper 2 then swapped it to the piaggio rc one engine

great choise on the polini 65cc its one of the best. and you can also port them mine past all the scooters back in the day[on top speed lol]
7:20 that play on the studs is not suppost to be there is the kit made for puch? cause tomos has that size puch is smaller
treatland said the kit was meant for m7 studs so that’s why the play was there . once i did bigger studs she was snug

when is part two of the BWS ?
that cilinder looks like one for a honda camino (pa50) they also have pedals but ppl like me take them off and just start the bike by puching it they are also able to use a honda px and pxr cilinder and a camino originaly has spoke wheels but u have aftermarket rims for the they are called rigidas and a little bit newer version is grimeca maby you can use some camino parts to make everyting fit better or to fiend parts easier
also the exhaust for a camino looks the same altough iv seen ppl on a dyno with a camino puchinf 15hp and 187kmp with a stock exhaust i dont think camino exhaust will fit 100% perfect but sinds you can weld that schoudent be a problem there are mainly 2 best exhaust for the camino the stock one but completly empty and a leovince 3

with this 65cc setup. it is best to get a proma cc (circuit) or the best a leovince (leovinci) curl (may be difficult, I don't know if they were sold un de us). the exhaust you have now is total shit
prom cc. very high revs. with a legendary boost. pulls badly in the beginning
leovinci curl. mid to high revs. pulls hard from the start. makes less revs at top speed than the proma cc
Those Polini cylinders used to be considered top quality but sometime last year they started really slacking on quality control.

15 bing and a proma exhaust is really fun! Lots of torque for a 1 speed
