As a fan of everything from korn, dillinger escape plan, animals as leaders to BMTH, I say the refreshing part is remembering it dosen't need to be complicated as fuck to be great..just hard grooves and heavy hitting, which is what nu metal gave us.

Combines the heavy aspects of Vultures and the synth nu metal like aspects of Bloodline. This gives me a good idea of how Alien is gonna sound and I'm gonna love it

The ending breakdown on this reminds me of Structures so much and makes me happy everytime I hear it. I'm glad Northlane picked up Brendon Padjasek, he is an excellent guitarist, bassist and vocalist.

Sacredgeometry nope, people just like to see how fast youtubers can cover these. Joao completely wrote drums, mixed, mastered, and tabbed this song by ear, within 20 hours of its release. He also recorded a playthrough and had it uploaded in that time. The guy is awesome.
