In spite of these numerous delays, with 95% payment made towards the flat, interest is being levied on outstanding as late payment. How can interest be charged on delays on their part? The creative video looks attractive indeed but there is no commitment kept nor any transparency or honesty in their operations. Trust us, this is our experience of nine years, with no end in sight of handover.

We have booked in Meraki 1.5 years ago. Builder has not constructed single slab till date.
