I have had cancer and some other serious health issues that really prevent me from getting out much bc of my immune system and just overall weakness. Your channel allows me to visit all the fun places you visit and see the all fun and yummy things you cook. Your life is so fun and interesting for me to watch and be able to enjoy a small part. Costco recently opened in New Zealand and YES there is a weird fascination with this place. And YES I'm also very fascinated. It's always exciting when there's something new in their bakery section; Definitely the first place I ran to. Sometimes I feel like a stalker because I like seeing what other people have in their trolleys 😅

I loved the 1970s dinner party episode! Maybe another themed dinner party? Medieval? Victorian? 1950s?
Vitamins- it depends how and what you take. It’s highly unlikely you’re getting everything you really need everyday. It is very common to be deficient in B12 which can impact us in so many ways. A sublingual B12 is a good way to get that. I like liquid vitamin D. Zink is another common mineral we are deficient in. Best bet is to have blood work done that will indicate what you’re low in, why it matters and the best way to get the amount you need each day.
I hope Grace reads this. I agree, and would add Magnesium to the list, in the proper form. "Talking With Docs" is a channel put out by two doctors in Toronto, Canada from their hospital---they have videos on various needs for vitamins.

I've heard from multiple doctors that unless you have a specific vitamin deficiency, vitamins don't really do anything.

Suggestion: only eating expired (but not bad ofc) food for a day! Could be from what you already have at home or from the shop (where I'm from, soon to be expire/expired food are sold at a reduced price, not sure if this is the case in the UK?). I think most people should get better at actually checking if the food is bad, not just looking at the date and thereby throwing away perfectly fine food. Expired does not mean bad, it's just a guarantee the producers have to put on their products.

Grace, the need for certain vitamins is real! B12 sublingual, Vitamin D, and magnesium are vitamins you need to take for varying reasons that have to do with body production or lack thereof, and absorption abilities. Things like extra Vit C you just pee out if you have enough, but not these others.

I think a great video for you would be to make those Japanese fruit sandwiches, specifically the ones that when you cut them, they look like flowers. You might have to make your own bread first though; I don't know how easy it would be to get shokupan in England.
