Do you have any tips for balancing chest workouts with playing disc golf? Throwing back hand really works your pec and makes it hard to have an effective chest workout and vice versa. thanks ezra!
Dang i never knew, just starting disc golf. I'll size up a few speeds when I have a longer putt like the raptor you guys recommend
