Darts do go far man. You gotta give it a shot if you haven't. I call it my mid range putter. Goes just as far as my mids but is a lot easier to throw and control.

Big Jerm is a legend! Been following him since he won USDGC. Being an old guy myself (almost 39) it's great to see him be such a big part of the sport. Love seeing him take down that win at Persimmon Ridge too!

In my head, the 2 people I think of when I think of disc golf are Big Jerm and Simon. Jerm is on so much coverage (more often as commentary rather than lead card these days, but still on those too), and Simon has both a popular channel and finds his way to lead cards. Jerm has been a fave for a long time, and I hope he sticks around a long time.

Definitely a hyper stable, flat, heavy putter/mid range is amazing for flick rollers. You can power on them, and they slowly turn as they roll on the ground to go a long way.
I Wish these 'In the Bag' videos would list the discs on screen as they go along. Some do, some don't, I like to screenshot the list and then research the discs for myself.
@@rudyjakobs1317 I've seen MA1 players throw Darts farther than that, and Jerm out throws them by quite a bit. The Dart is practically a small-diameter midrange, and it's more aerodynamic than any Innova putter, and the a majority of their mids. 🙂
@@ryanmorrissey1739 Agreed. It's more of a real world upshot disc. And I would say from experience it's more of a backhand disc due to the shoulder and dome. I've used it for 200' and in upshots, but a pro wouldn't use it for upshots more than 350' max. It's more likely they would use a mid beyond that, though AB and Paul throw Luna's up to about 350', and that doesn't go quite as far as a Dart.

I watch the what's in my bag for the ladies on tour. At 5 1/2 foot tall and over 50, these are the discs that work for me. Still watch the men's what's in the bag, but 80% of those discs are useless.
I tried to send Jerm one of the '22 Bosses he loves so much. Would not give me an address. Lol. Told me I had to meet up. So hes not really THAT low on em. Innova, I can send it home if you want to give it to him!

Just here to once again point out that Jeremy is still the only pro to yell at me as a spotter for not finding his disc fast enough. Never mind that I was helping the 3 other people in his group find their discs, he wanted help first. This was 11 years ago, but since he was the only one it stands out in my memory. My nickname for him is JJ. You can guess what the other J is for.
We all have days where we aren’t our best selves. He was likely upset with himself or may have had more going on we don’t know about. I bet that he probably remembers that and feels badly about it.
