And it was so wild how the moment it started my brain instantly went into a such a calm state. I’ll begin to purposefully use focus music every time I do deep work. This is a great tips. It’s like training the money mind 👌

For me, it's easier to focus in subects like Maths and Physics. But, subjects that involve memorization like History and Geography make me lose focus too easily / I quickly zone off.
