The 5 2 is a voodoo motor which is a upgraded 5.0 coyote but tbh any 5.0 or 5.2 mustang sounds very good when it has long tube headers man. I love the sound of newer mustangs
Also, I can't remember the exact oil temp but to reach 8250rpm it has to reach a certain oil temp or it will hit the soft rev limit at 8k. It's in the owners supplement or manual somewhere. It may be 190f.

@@noidontthinksolol I agree, however dynos read off of a multitude of things, rpm of the engine, rpm of the drum being spun etc. And dynos assume 1:1 unless you change it in the setup. Realistically the Dyno would have shown maybe 10-15 hp difference so that's pretty good. It all depends on how the Dyno reads hp/tq. If you are in too low a gear like 2nd it may show a higher number than 5th, just because the Dyno can't sample rpm correctly quick enough before the pull is over.

The Ford GT350 does rev match, you probably haven't realised. When your driving press the clutch in and you will see the needle on the RPM gauge doesn't drop to idle it holds it because its holding revs for the gear change. Hence rev matching. But you'll probably find doing it your self feels smoother! If your good.

My parents live about 5 minutes from Cleetus's shop. When I went down there My father, and brother-in-law took me to that go cart track for my first time and told me they would whip me in the racing. They must have forgotten that I was a professional pursuit driver for 25 years, and have raced in three sanctioned bodies. I laughed all the way to my free lunch. That is a great place but gets super hot in the summer.
