As a certified yee yee and fireman..that burn pile is HUGE, especially for the space it's in. Beyond the space, (which I would recommend being at least double the size for a pile that large) the embers from a fire that large would burn for at least another 36-48 hrs even if the surface is cooled. Additionally, I'm sure y'all know, but please let the fire dept know before you light that baby off, they'll appreciate it. In the future, I might try to break that pile up into 2 or 3 separate events.

@@TANGYHATCHY the fire pit at my place is lined with big rocks and I make fires larger then the pit like those rocks have split over time from the heat like fire gets HOT people don’t know that haha

Odd question: What would you do if there were a fire in one of the buildings. Is there a fire suppression system or fire hydrants on the compound?
Bumping this! Neighbors had a fire, and they didn't even have hydrants that were functioning anywhere. It didn't end well.

I think they had and external trailer with hose attached for that purpose.

I remember back even before 2012 getting out of middle school and throwing on a webisode to get hyped to ride around town with my friends.
As you shifted into automotive content I was still really into bmx, but I continued watching and getting a interest and new knowledge for drifting and cars. I’ve learned a lot in the past few years it’s crazy how quick time went by I remember watching you reveal the s13 for the first time like it was yesterday. I remember thinking “what the hell kinda car is that”

To solve the Delivery issue. Paint a colored reflective line following the route they need to go. Just need one sign at the front that way, plus you can tell them to just follow the red line.
Probably not going to work in his case. Because that line is going to be destroyed by cars drifting over it in no time.

Haven't watched you much recently but have followed you since I started BMXing almost half a lifetime ago. ( I am literally a year minus a day older than you.) I remember watching your BMX tutorials almost religiously. Seems normal for BMXers to become diehard car people but I never pursued it competitively. Kept tabs through your insane progression and it's truly amazing. Definitely the most self-made and deserving youtuber I have seen.

The compound never ceases to amaze me. Would have been awesome if the original owner who created the entire compound was still alive to to interview/ do a podcast with. Once the septic system and water issues are fixed it looks like you will be able to relax a bit with the renovations because everything as it stands looks awesome.
I love all the compound content but I would also love to see more in depth vids on the cars being built and worked on almost how it use to be in your garage

Sign at the start of the driveway to follow painted line. Paint a line on the concrete for the exact trip of the delivery drivers ect. Different colour line for each need, make it look professional👌

It would cost a fair amount but you could seal the concrete, it’ll make it slippery when wet but will stop it from producing dust

@@mistaricky6635 yeah I’m not sure how the concrete is at the compound but I know some stuff seaps In & the other stays on top. Like just some regular Broomed concrete would be fine like he has but you put it on stamped or exposed & it’s literally a slip & slide

septic and water is going to be expensive for that big compound but please consider doing it first because you don't want to rip up fresh concrete to fix your pipes.

Ok so something that threw me off was I didn't know the LZ Compound was just East of where my weekend cruise spot is. I've been through that area more times than I can count, and I had no idea his place was one bridge across from my route. I was messing around on Google Maps trying to find new routes and spotted the driveways while following the state roads.
The last time I watched adam was in 2017 and TH-cam recommend me this, wow 😳 you have come so far congrats man.
Some rainwater tanks and gutters would fix the water issue. Most country Australian's have rainwater. And considering the roof area and all the rain you get over there it should be ample water supply.

Depending on what county or city you're in, the burn might require a burn permit. But yes it can be done. Just check with your local fire dept

People use the system setup by Florida “flawed”. Register a car. DMV/tag office looks at jdm vin, looks at year on paperwork, and grant a title. How does this now become an owner issue. Titled cars should be grandfathered. Not forced to forfeit to ports, and limited to race only.

Crazy to see all these cars being modded by people that own several cars. The E46 M3's for instance go for 30k+ euros in Europe, S15's for 35+€, even shitty S14's go for stupid 20k money. Grassroot car culture is ruined unless you make 100k a year
I've only just started following, so I got a lot of catching up to do. What I have noticed is how much money Americans seem to have or is the land/buildings cheaper there. Even if you rented something like that here in UK would cost an absolute fortune. Same with tavarish house and workshop is huge plus all the millions of cars sitting around Does youtube pay that much money😮

Bro it’s Florida, add some water collection tanks to each building and you’d be set with water for life. That would’ve been my FIRST addition to the compound. With all those steel roofs, the tanks would probably be full after one storm.
In defense of the delivery guys, how could they possibly know ? Each building from the outside looks pretty close to the others as far as order of importance. Ups drivers get 8 weeks of vacation a year. Therefore swing drivers will fill in. Signage or delivery notes would help with your problems.

As far as the burn pile goes, buy yourself a brush truck. Something basic, 500gal or so. And soak the area around the pile. Like reaaally soak it. Then burn the pile and have some beers, keep the truck full incase anything crazy happens
As for the burn pile. Douse it in lighter fluid and throw a torch at it. It’ll be fine. Invite everyone over and have a party. We call that a bonfire in yee yee land. But don’t use gasoline. Just don’t…
You could wait until a light rain too, just so you don’t have to worry about ash catchin anything on fire.

We just put in a 100x100 septic system at this new build we’re doing here in the great white north and that house is only 4500 square feet. Compared to the Lz compound you’re going to need a big big septic bed
As cool as this is, seems like a terrible place to have a compound... long term; it's under water... short term; bugs, humidity, heat, and random hurricanes. The place is amazing. Location is worrisome.

Ill would help with the burn pile but I'm in aus. Stack it up higher like a cone shape. Mix 80% diesel and 20% fuel. Poor half way up around the pile. Then it would be a nice fire with little left of it. ✌
What you need to do for your trash pile is mow short as you can around the perimeter of the pile and maybe even spray some water around it if it is very dry to keep it contained then just use a butane torch to start the fire. That should do the trick but if you want to make the fire starting process easier throw some diesel on it (think your smart enough not to use gasoline). P.S. (my dad is a firefighter and we have done this same technique with piles of leaves about the same size or even bigger).
Bro do NOT light that pile back there lol. That this is massive and guaranteed to catch some of the trees around it. BUT you could easily do smaller burn piles. You just need a water source in case things run away.
