Lauren, I think I've become better at organizing & time management thanks to you:) One of the things that really helps me out is batch cooking. There are busy days that I don't feel like cooking. I can come home and just take something that's been pre-portioned out of the freezer. Hello to Enzo and all of your adorable pets:)
Hi Lauren! First off I love your videos, I watch them after my 5 month old goes down for the night and it definitely inspires me. I have four kids so I definitely can relate to the hustle of trying to juggle everything. I have 3 teens and a newborn so I try to prep out as much as possible in advance. I’ll make big batches of pancakes and freeze them and when I need them just pop them in the toaster. As well as making egg muffins for the mornings and freezing them. We’ve being doing a lot of bowls lately like a Greek bowl, bbq chicken bowl, fajita bowl and buffalo chicken bowl. I do a big batch of quinoa and prep out all the veggies for the week then I can just easily switch up what bowl to do since everything is all ready to go! Saves a ton of time during the week and it’s really healthy since there is healthy grains and tons of veggies. You can definitely do vegetarian as well with roasted veggies bowls. Hope that helps ❤️☺️
Quick go to meals in the crockpot or Instant Pot would be my go tos for family dinners. Also, double recipes and freeze for another dinner!

CrockPot is a lifesaver.... I sprinkle dried parsley on top of the NON Meat Side of my Lasagne, so my meatless daughter knows which is plain! So what is your motivation/inspiration, for a calm, stress free home, tidy, clean, organized, re-sets, decorated so beautifully, themed out for Valentines, St. Pats, Easter,... the lists, the perfect meals,...I see that you mention that it's so important for your kids- -so they are not stressed and know where everything is, and that it is all ready for them....Just wondering if your childhood was this blessed, as you are providing such a blessed home for your own children! I agree that a calm organized home, is a calm organized mind!... That is also the way I roll!

I have a teenage daughter who is in 2 sports all year round.To stay stress free ,FREEZER MEALS for the week.I make fresh meals on the weekend and then make individual portions and freeze them.

I make something called easy lasagna and use the pre stuffed ravioli shells you can find in the fridge section at the grocery

I always prepped the week on Sundays and made enough for a left over night.
But you don't tips from us! You are the queen.
It is never ending.
My tip would be to use the crockpot on extra busy days, or buy ready made in bulk at Sams or Costco and then just heat up in the oven. Saves both time and money and cleanup.
You aren't busy enough 😅 such the little bundle of energy, running her tight ship in tip top shape! 💞

Great video Lauren!!! I typically cook dinner for the week on Sundays. I make 2 proteins and 1 side like rice of Mac and cheese. It’s enough to last until Friday. I will make vegetables every day because I don’t like reheating vegetables.
My husband also handles mornings and I do evenings because I leave for work at 5:30am.
You are an inspiration for sure! Dinner looks amazing as do you. I wish I could eat like that and stay that thin. You are a total rock star! XO

I love using my slow cooker, I put everything in it whatever the recipe calls for.
I'll start it at 7:00 am. Set it for 8 hours
Dinner is ready at 2pm.
I'll keep it on warm,and I'll have dinner around 4. Also get rotisserie chicken and cut it up, serve veggies with it.

That lasagna looks amazing. I totally get the kitchen cleaning. It's like you clean it only to mess it up a few times a day. Often times I clean it two times and then after dinner am just too tired so I let it soak overnight and do it the next day.

I make a veggie and chicken air fryer meals a lot. Also, every time I make a meal like lasagna, I make a double batch- so there is a pan for dinner and 1 to 2 pans in the freezer. I do this with everything! Chili, soup, all casseroles! Easy healthy freezer meals that my kid/husband can put in the oven after school/work. Tacos are another easy weeknight meal.

double quantiies durning term time of favourite meals and frezee half stacked in frezzer. Friday nights which is also busy with church kids club was often takeout night as a treat for having eaten all there meals each night!
My husband and I are vegetarians and I love a vegetable lasagne. I use mushrooms and eggplant and whatever veg I have on hand. I cook it down in a big pot of sauce and use it instead of meat. Super healthy! (But my children will not eat a bite of it!)

The green velvet pillows are quite striking downstairs. Tell us about leprechaun traps. Never heard the term. Love your past video where your puppy got under your bed covers while you made the bed. I list my weeks' menus in a large calendar so they know what to expect (the menu is made up after they give their suggestions).

I've been getting Butcher Box for the last few years, I know I won't be disappointed. Have you ever used the lasagna pasta you don't have to boil? I can't tell the difference and it will save you time and a pot to clean. I never used cream cheese in it, yours looked amazing.
