    The C7 is the principal small arms weapon of the Canadian Forces. Its role is virtually universal as it is used throughout the range of conflict from nuclear war to peace keeping and internal security.
    The purpose of this video series is to familiarize the student with, and review weapons handling drills and procedures for the C7 rifle. This video series is not intended to replace the formal skill lesson.

    It is a fine rifle. A shame that we (in the US) cannot receive Canadian-made barrels. I'm told they're some of the strongest and most accurate for AR construction.

    How is the C7A2 different friends?

    • @A_Ryan
      @A_Ryan  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Mechanically, the same.
      Safety switch is on both sides of the rifle, vs only Left on the A1.
      Cocking handle is easier to grip from Right side.
      Adjustable butt stock, vs fixed on the A1.
      Magazine Release catch is on both side, vs only Right on the A1.

      @@Glockman20008 Still Illegal, as the C7 is capable of automatic firing. The C7 is not offered in a civilian version to my knowledge, so it would only be civilian compliant M16/M4 that would be allowed.

      @@A_RyanUnderstood. I too have been assembling my C8 carbine build from surplus imported from Diemaco. It's quality parts, but none were ever imported as machine guns nor am I planning on making it so. Canada went in a good direction with their small arms.
