Apparently you haven't read the entirety of *Mrs. Paine's Garage.* If you did you'd know, courtesy of Mallon & Michael Paine, that the Paine's lied & perjured for years re. their prior knowledge of Oswald's rifle and thus their role in, at the very least, *some* of his clandestine activities; that Ruth Paine is still lying to this day, and Mallon has, strangely enough, joined them.

Of course they both swore under oath to the W.C and later the House Select Committee, and have always "officially" maintained
that neither one of them dreamed Oswald had a rifle, much less that it was stored in their garage.
Michael said he told Ruth about it and "discussed" whether it would be safe to still have Marina move in...

Tho everyone thinking just because her husband worked for bell that is somehow proof that Ruth was indeed CIA is sort of flusmy evidence by itself. but it has come out now that her sister DID work for the CIA at the time. and that cant even be disputed now that it's proven and no longer just speculation that the sister was in fact a CIA agent. THo the fact that ruth was never murdered like all the countless others who had info or witness that refused to stay silent almost without exception ended up murdered or died in weird unexplained accidents sort of tells me mrs Paine had to of been a willing actor in the whole frameing of Oswald and considered a loyal asset to the CIA

Allow me to say that det. Roger Craig stated he seen a man going down the back side of the knoll and entered a Nash rambler, he couldn’t,t cross traffic to interview this man. They ran him out on a rail the rest of his life for his statements , one was he was up on the 6 th floor when the rifle was found and he was 6 in. away and stamped on this gun was 7.62 Mauser. He was a decorated police officer.

    • @aaronz7056
      @aaronz7056 ปีที่แล้ว

      Roger Craig's claims:
      a) He was with Deputy Mooney when they discovered the sniper nest.
Flatly contradicted by Craig's own WC testimony.
      b) He saw 3 shells lined up in a neat row in the nest.
Flatly contradicted by officers who actually discovered the nest and shells.
      c) He saw the recovered rifle was a Mauser.
Flatly contradicted by other officers (police freely owned up to misidentifying the rifle at first), by news film, and by Craig's own 1968 interview where he assures the L.A. Free Press he couldn't ID the gun because he "didn't know foreign rifles."
      d) He saw it was only six past one when he heard Tippit had been shot.
Flatly contradicted by other witnesses and evidence, and by his own 1968 interview.
      e) He saw a bullet slug recovered in the plaza grass.
Flatly contradicted by every other officer and witness present, and by his own WC testimony.
      f) He saw Oswald flee the plaza in a Rambler station wagon.
Flatly contradicted by other witnesses and evidence demonstrating Oswald's true escape route, by bus (where he was recognized by his ex-landlady) and by cab (whose driver ID'd him). Oswald still had the bus transfer on him when arrested.
      g) Oswald told him in Captain Fritz's office the Rambler belonged to Ruth Paine.
Flatly contradicted by every other officer present and by FBI and Dallas PD documents that prove Mrs. Paine's station wagon was a Chevrolet.
      h) There were attempts on his life to silence him.
No supporting evidence exists, nor is there any explanation why it would be necessary to "silence" this lying clown when his credibility would have been shredded on the stand by any credible lawyer.

I suspect Oswald knew if he aimed his rifle out the window to get a head on shot the secret service agents, who were scanning all the open windows, would have seen him. At that point they would have sprung into action and attempted to cover the President.
Oswald didn’t want to be seen so he waited until the limo turned the corner and the eyes of the agents were faced away from the book depository. If he wanted to get caught (at least at the scene), he wouldn’t have left the building. I doubt if Oswald thought he could have gotten away Scott free but certainly didn’t want to make it easy on the police.

It’s a classic ambush.. There are many reasons why the shooter waited until the limo turned onto Elm..
First, the target is obstructed on Houston by 2 people, one sitting inboard 6 inches and being a large man.. Which makes the shot certainly more difficult than if the target wasn’t obstructed, no matter how easy you believe the shot may still be..
Secondly, the shooter would almost certainly be located instantly and receive return fire, making a second shot a low probability of success..
But most importantly, on Houston street the driver has options.. He can blow right through Elm and turn on Ross or Continental and get to the Stemmons Freeway to escape.. He could even turn right, the wrong way, down Elm, heading east..
Whereas once the limo turns onto Elm, they’re trapped with only one option, which was continue down Elm.. Through a thin field of fire where the shooter knows you have be.. And the limo was heading downhill and almost directly 180 away from the shooter.. And the target was unobstructed..
Like I said, a classic ambush by a trained marine..

After visiting the "snipers nest", I know that it was an easy shot at a slow-moving target. If Oswald's rifle was zeroed in correctly to the scope, then anyone with a couple of hours training could have killed President Kennedy from that perch. I really enjoyed the interview, but it’s amazing to me that Thomas Mallon doesn’t know the real reason that Oswald went to her house that Thursday evening. It’s quite common knowledge that he went to try to reconcile with Marina one last time. He knew if he couldn’t reconcile he was going to take the gun to work the next day. Marina rebuffed him one last time. That’s why he left a note. He left his wedding ring in a teacup. And left $175 for Marina and told her to buy shoes for June, his daughter. That’s what’s heartbreaking about the assassination. If Marina took him back that night there would be no assassination. If it continued to rain that Friday morning, the bubble top would’ve been on the car and again there would be no assassination. This is a series of really bad luck for JFK. But Mallon should know this. It would change his perspective on things.

Whether she was involved in the plot to the assassination or not [she was], she is a liar and a grifter. I put her, and Oswald's mother, in the same category. They both craved attention, and would say or do just about anything, in their attempts at getting it. To me though, Ruth was far worse than Marguerite was, because Marguerite was legitimately nuts. Paine had all her marbles. She still has them today, even at her advanced age. I've always found her actions involving this subject, completely disgusting AND very suspicious.

32:12 - I don't think LHO intended to shoot JFK. He happened to realise that he was on the motorcade route. Maybe he had a vague idea that if he was suddenly in a "situation", he might as well have his rifle with him. His decision to use it was possibly made in the second before he shot. First shot - he just wanted to know if he "could" fire his gun. Missed.
Second shot - he thought "Might as well".
Third shot - "could I possibly?".

Sources and methods.. A great example of this was in the news regarding the recent release of some of these documents..
We found out the CIA conspired with the president of Mexico to tap the phone lines of the Soviet embassy in Mexico City!.. They set up an entire store.. And one of Oswald’s phone calls to that embassy to plead for a visa was recorded at that store, by that set up created by the CIA and the President of Mexico!..
Now, do you believe anyone in America or Mexico wants anyone to know about that?.. lol..
Sources and methods are protected above EVERYTHING ELSE!..

The assassin waited cos the limousine had to turn down Elm street into the crossfire from behind , in front and the limousine’s Right hand side , plenty of shots at the car that day not just the three the cover up wants you to believe . Imo Oswald didn’t shot any firearm that day , why would mrs Paine get LHO a job in the TSBD other than to place him in the building that day for the set up , she was LHO’s handler for the CIA , they set up the kill zone and Oswald was the fall guy .
