I LOVE Tara! The workouts are great I incorporate at least 3 per day 5 times a week along with some strength sets and my shoulders abs and legs are solid! I noticed a few ppl complain about her speed and intensity.. for me thats perfect the flows and transitions are smooth and constant so there is always room for challenging yourself to go max. Always refreshed and energized for the day since i found these. LOVE YOU Tara! ^-^
Been doing this workout for a few months now. I can definitely see results. My core is so strong and it has helped me immensely in my balance poses (particularly crow pose). The routine itself is still challenging but at least I can get through it now (before I would have to sit out a few reps to catch my breath). And the appearance of my abs has improved too, which always helps :). I compliment this with Tara's Cardio Part 1 and 2 as well as her Hardcore Flow routine. Good luck everyone!

So intensive, although it's just 10 min. Everything's aching in my body the next day whenever I do this workout. So I guess that means it does what it promises .
I really like you videos, i'm challeging myself to do 1 video per month and to see the results at the end if each month taking one picture..thanks for sharing
Hi Tara! I love your videos and do them daily :) But when I do ones like this (mostly core strength), my neck gets so sore! Is there a way to ease stress on my neck while still getting the full effect of the yoga? Thanks :)
I enjoyed this video, but for some reason I did not find it as challenging as your other core workouts. I hardly feel a burn with this one. Could I be doing something wrong?
I'm supposed to be doing core exercises to help my back out. I'm also in the process of loosing weight and I'm worried about trying to tone too soon when there's still a lot of fat on my stomach I'm trying to lose. Am I okay to do this a few times a week? Will it help me lose weight or just my back?
Tara, something in my groin pops each time I extend my legs out. It is slightly uncomfortable and makes me think that I am hurting myself. Is there a yoga solution for that? Thanks!

Still love this! Something about it being primarily seated exercises feels perfect for days I feel too tired for flows.

Even when its a real workout & not just yoga for relaxation, I end up feeling really relaxed. Her voice is so soothing! ahh.

Depending on how much you workout, and what you eat, doing one video a month is not really going to get you results.

I recomend doing her excercises in the bathroom with the shower on the hottest possible setting. You sweat alot and speeds up weight loss. Have fun!

Hardly a "crazy core routine", its pretty mild and not very interesting to do. Try harder next time perhaps?
